This is a solid refresher video for someone who has been in this for years now. I've always slacked whenever GW would come around on the fear of burning myself out, then feel like I'm not doing enough by seeing my crewmates have over 100M honors on the first day. Now I have more motivation and resources at my disposal and will try to pace myself more accordingly so that I can do more to help not only my crew but also myself!

Wish I'd of seen this weapon sooner. Been playing for a year, just got Seox to 80 and realized I have to do more with the gauntlet before he can be uncapped farther. So I've been getting other revanent weapons not realizing I needed more for max uncap And need to join a crew Thanks for the easy to understand video

I think you forgot about how restock of Valor badge's item works. It vital to know what did they restock in GW and DB and how you must buy it before its restock (few days before GW) if not, they will lost that GB, SS, Evolite (except Lapis)

Useful, clear, and concise video - especially for newer players! A great resource for explaining the overly-complicated basics of GW. A small thing I'd want to add - for newer/intermediate players, please take the "Tier Cutoff Predictions" table displayed at the end of the video with a grain of salt. Please don't be discouraged if the cutoffs for your goal rank look far higher than last GW! The prediction can fluctuate wildly until near the end of the GW. It increases in accuracy as the GW progresses, but because it's a flat calculation (it just takes the current Honors from the ongoing GW and compares it with what the previous GW's Honors were at that same timeframe, and then multiplies the final Honor figure from the previous GW by the same ratio) it can often be significantly inaccurate. For example, t90k here is predicted at almost 3b - a 50% increase from last GW! In reality, though, it's highly unlikely to be anywhere close to that figure. The reason on this occasion is likely primarily because Celestial Weapons were only introduced recently, and now many intermediate-advanced players are farming LOTS of NM90 for them (as the video recommends!) since this is now widely agreed to be the best strategy. This is vastly inflating Honors compared with previous GWs during Prelims, which subsequently causes the prediction to skyrocket. This prediction will slowly correct itself as the GW progresses, but it's important to remember that this table is not mathematically weighted with nuance and often lacks context. I apologise if this seems nitpicky! I just often have friends/former crewmates cite the table and are consistently concerned about cutoffs appearing alarmingly inflated, who then become discouraged (understandably) Tl;dr - don't worry too much about the cutoff predictions, use that resource with a grain of salt and please don't be demotivated by it - you're probably much more capable of achieving (and surpassing!) your rank or Honors goals than you think! I kind of laugh when my crewmates complain when we lose rounds since the valor gain isnt that much different as an A tier crew. Its much better to just spam farm the way you want and if you win, you win. A little more daunting when you get into point control to not end up vs top 4k crews.
To new players, I also thought recruiting eternals were hard. Uncapping them is harder 😂. Transcending is even more 💀. The first time I recruited siete it was daunting. I abandoned eternals for one and a half year. Then tried to recruit one more for the hell of it. Turned out it wasn't that hard. You'll know what you have to do and how to farm efficiently once you get to that mid game content. Good luck on guild war ❤

Do valor badges save between U&Fs? I have zero clue, because if they do, i'm pretty much gonna save mine up if i don't get enough for what i want
Valor badges don't disappear between Guild Wars however some items in the shop will restock, most notably, Sustone, Evolite and Gold Brick. So even if you had 1million Valor badges, you can only buy 1 sunstone for every guild war.
In case someone doesn't want to grind 40 weapons for uncap the eternals to 5 stars. You can use 8 instead(4 for recruit and 4 for uncap). Though it's costing you another gold brick and more crystals.
@@dy_dk I see, is there no way to put them into some sort of pipeline in real time? I know some streamers who have like 4-5 different stream chats show up as one on the stream overlay with setups they've programmed. Though im sure you can find a repo or something out there.

4 boxes is to recruit an eternal 40 more boxes to uncap one eternal There are 10 eternals so yeah that is a lot. But don't be discouraged, this is part of the grind and eternals aren't core for early-mid game content. Even on late late endgame, there are alternatives to eternals. For now just focus on what you can do, new players should focus on building solid grids for all elements. For now I think the biggest thing that you can get is the chest of good fortune and celestial weapons.
You will need 44 to recruit AND uncap an Eternal but 4 is enough to recruit them. Make sure to take the game at your own pace. Don't feel stressed if you can't get 40 more!

as a first time guild war player, this info helped a ton although the mats for just getting an eternal to start with scares most of us.
Recruiting an Eternal honestly isn't that hard these days as it's been streamlined a lot. Uncapping them, however, is a much bigger grind.

Yeah thats true, it seems with people farming NM90 now, the predictions are inflated in the earlier rounds.

I do not recommend this at all. So many important things require gold bricks and spending an extra one to 'shortcut' ends up being hugely detrimental

atm no, it was far too much effort and I like interacting with chat and having split chats was very annoying/stressful for me
