I followed the measurements as written on the paper not in the added figures: 1.46 is this 9.5cm not 10cm and at 3.40 3.5cm rather than 3cm.
It is quite small, but fits my face - I will enlarge the pattern, wanting something that stands away from the face

I found that it just fits, but it is not particularly roomy - think fairly average! but will enlarge the pattern via scanner. I used the measurements as written on the paper.
