I feel like of the "Mono colour" games, Green is going to be the one that has the most similar deckstyles across the board, simply because Green's just.. Go wide or go tall, or become Super Tallwide. And then you look at other colours, like White is gonna be a lot more versatile, you can play a go wide, a mill deck, pseudo-vampires, lockdown, keyword salad etc. Red is probably gonna be chaotic because you can also go wide and tall in that, but you can also just go Fast Faast FAAAST, or dome someone with some kind of storm / spellslinger deck. Blue is also gonna be interesting because of mill, counters, big booty decks, flying etc. I'm hoping it won't be the most boring, if LRR does end up doing a full cycle of the colours. Black has so much potential, dredge, vampires, big creatures, mill, madness.. I guess I should've just said this format is hilariously cool even if you guys end up playing the same 'type' of deck and I'm loving it and engaging with it! As an addendum I would LOVE for Cameron to be on for the White game night because I remember him talking about white weenie as one of his pet favorites, unless that was for a Friday Nights, but nonetheless! I love seeing all of you play magic so much
Or, for Mono Red, Purphoros Creature Spam with Token producers and cheap creature, possibly with haste (at least that would be my idea for a mono red commander deck, a cheap almost unremovable commander, especially in a mono red match since red doesn't really have Enchantment removal, where all you need to do is play around 20 Creatures and red has next to no life gain, that i know of).
While if everyone at the table is fine with it no one should care, I do agree that conceding before death to deny the killer something is gamey and a bit of a dick move.

I've always felt conceding is done at sorcery speed in a multiplayer format like Commander. That's how I've always seen it at my card shop and friends' play group.
Me yesterday, 5 minutes into the third game: "I don't feel like staying up for an entire other game, I'll go to sleep now and pick up tomorrow" Me today: "oh"
I think a deck with all the green cards in magic would be something like 5 & 1/2 feet tall (or 1.675m) with lands included (36 spells to 24 land ratio) unsleeved. Without lands it is still like a whole meter of cards. :)
@@LRRMTG Thats a shame. It is one of my favorite decks you put together alongside the treefolk deck. I hope one day it will make an appearance on FNPF in its full glory. Great games this week though was amazing to watch.

At my local Edh group we have a rule about only conceding at sorcery speed. While the rules allow you to do it at any time it it considered rude and can impact the outcome of the game. Yes once it may be funny. But doing it regularly can be quite bad fore the morale of the group. Anyway great games!
Thing is... *not* conceding also impacts the outcome of the game. I know it sucks to see your carefully laid plan collapse because you didn't take into account that the player you're attacking could concede before you did damage, but if they're in a situation where they've already functionally lost, they're under no obligation to stay in the game just because you didn't consider that you'd lose the game too if they didn't. That's up to you to consider, not them. I'm not saying that it's bad to have that as a house rule, mind you. If that's what everyone agrees is the most fun, that's fine. But it's quite another thing to say that it's rude in a game where they're not using that house rule just because you're so used to it that it resulted in something you didn't expect.
Well yes it does impact the game but in a way in which it is intended. By conceding you are using I would say a “loophole” in rules designed for two players in a multiplayer game. I suppose that yes you could account for that but that is not much fun in my opinion. Thinking if an opponent I am attacking for lethal is idk salty after what happened and will concede in response to the attack fizzling all my triggers. It can lead to many bad feels and I think overall not the best behavior. Nevertheless I agree that people can do it if that choose so. I called the behavior a bit rude although it this specific instance it still was fun for the rest of the players as well which is the most important. As I mentioned before it is constantly abusing this “loophole” that can be lead to unpleasant situations
