Thanks Kettle and Fire for sponsoring today's video!
Today I'm sharing exactly what I eat in a day while Intermittent Fasting. A lot of people forget to factor in food when they first start fasting, so I wanted to give some insight into how I break my fast, why I break my fast in this way and how you can make your eating window delicious while still serving your weight loss and wellness goals.
    🥞 Fall Protein Pancake
    Ingredients:
-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use my own zero sugar protein!)
    -1 egg
-1/2 banana, mashed (or 1/4 cup pumpkin puree)
    -1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    -1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    -1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Top with 1/4 blueberries and 1 Tbsp. grass-fed butter.
    🥗 Chicken Curry Salad
    Ingredients:
    -4 oz. cooked chicken, torn
    -1 celery stalk, chopped
    -1/4 cup red onion, chopped
    -1/2-1 tsp. curry powder
-1-2 Tbsp. mayo (preferably avocado oil based)
    -salt to taste
Optional to serve with chopped red cabbage or a side salad.

I just made your chia pudding with the Greek yogurt, blue berries and coconut flakes on top and it was delicious!!! I am way more conscience of how much protein I’m getting as I’m getting older and I have genetic predisposition to getting osteoporosis etc. I just ordered your protein powder and really excited to start incorporating it into my smoothie bowls:) love your channel thank you for continuing to keep the content relevant.

I have the feeling that all AEN Peeps at some point start being creative and come up with their own recipes. Because we don’t use refined and prepared foods anymore we find new ways to eat the foods we love but differently. We also have your amazing recipes that we get watching your videos and through your programs. Thank you Autumn and have a great weekend. 👍😘🇨🇦

Lots of controversy regarding high vs. low fat diets in regards to cardiovascular disease risk, for those who are wondering if emphasizing fat is healthy. However, many peer-reviewed studies have been published showing there is no significant difference between the 2 with regards to LDL and other markers. Compare this to a definite association between carb intake and the same markers. Bottom line: don't be afraid to incorporate healthy fats into your diet (of course with your doctor's advice) - thanks Autumn for helping to dispel that fallacy!

I break my fast with eggs with eggs, 6 boiled eggs. Some days it's eggs with avocado, eggs to be fair are so versatile. Now that it's autumn, apart from cabbage which I adore, cauliflower is going to be added to my nutrition as well. I prefer cruciferous vegetables any time of the year, literally I could have cabbage any type of season.

I accidentally bought some vanilla almond butter the other day. I was gonna save it for my "treat" after dinner, but I read the calories where less than regular almond butter. So now I have it with breakfast too, on my egg/sheep cheese sandwich. Pretty good, might be switching for good... I use to say I only eat 2 meals, but I guess (30g)protein powder coffee counts as a "meal" too... I found this liquid turmeric & liquid ginger, I use them to cook almost every dinner... Thanks for all the help, hope all is well, take it easy.

Hey thanks for the video …. I found using almond flour as the base for the pancakes is better than just the protein powder I don’t like just the texture of that but hey that’s a personal thing but your pancakes look pretty good with the blueberries dripped over them.

Hello , I had my first baby last November of 2021 . I was 120 before getting pregnant now forward now I’ve been intermittent fasting for the last four months and have seen no progress . Do you know if this works for the belly fat after giving brith . I do have 2 cups of coffee in the morning before I break my fast, and do have one day off with the fast pre week. Are those things keeping me from losing the weight . All the weight is in the stomach area.

What kind of magnesium do you take. I thought that would break a fast? No?

Autumn, Is this the amount of food you eat daily to loose weight?

Basil seeds? Does that change the flavor of your meal when one uses basil seeds?

The flavor isn't much different. The texture is a little bit more crunchy than chia seeds, but if blended into a smoothie it tastes the same.

Is half a grapefruit with a protein ok?

Is it okay to use the Birch Benders Keto pancake mix to break a fast? It uses almond flour, had 5g net carbs, 9g protein, and no added sugars with a low glycemic index. Thanks!

Look it up on the insulin index or test your numbers to see how your glucose responds.
