  • Have you ever changed up your whole life and just quit your job on a whim? Did you go on a journey of self discovery to determine what this life holds for you?
We dove into these topics and redefining success in this week’s episode of the Weekend Wellness Hour Show with transformational coach, authentic leadership speaker and author, Danielle Sunberg. Danielle was a commercial litigation attorney who left her law firm after winning a $6B judgment to travel the world and study how to create a fulfilling life.
We explored Danielle’s reason for leaving behind what many would consider a “perfect” life. She had her dream job that she worked for years to achieve. She was recently married and supposed to be happy but she wasn’t.
When she found out she won a case, she spontaneously quit, surprising herself as well as her supervisor. She took off to travel the world with her husband, discovering many lessons along the way.
We discussed what she learned in the various countries she visited. She expressed the importance shifting her desires from the external world to the internal.
Along with these discoveries came her redefinition of success. She began to value authenticity differently and realized the importance of developing self trust.
Danielle shared her journey and the lessons in her book, Atlas of Being. She expressed how this work is a tool for readers on their own transformational journey.

    What others had to say:
"Both Jana and I have benefited greatly from your course. I had a lot of pain because I’m bone on bone in my right knee, but refused to skydive on a fake knee so I had resolved to simply put up with the pain. My pain is much more manageable now and sometimes nonexistent. Thanks for all you do!" Randy Hubbs, Business Owner
"Lifesaving. Changed so many aspects of my life. It's such a great life skill being able to understand your Body and regulate it naturally. The Mind -Body connection is real. Dr. Amy teaches you how to fix it. She is the Best." David Goldstein, Executive
