reporting this is a joke he grabbed the officers gun and obviously refused to stop and talk like a human. Just had to take his mask off and stop walking away a black ski mask looks suspicious except when I was wearing one in extremely cold weather. Then a paramedics life got ruined due to this burden. Low IQ people get themselves killed sometimes its sad but officers were doing their job and he grabbed their gun while saying I dont have a gun because he wasnt able to take it.
Every police officer should have been arrested and sitting behind bars for many years.
What *specific crime* was this kid even suspected of committing when the police originally detained him???

@@ianbattles7290Someone called in a suspicious person. He was walking around in August with a ski mask on(this is pre COVID). They asked to talk to him and he immediately tried to flee. All this kid had to do was stop and talk to the police for a couple minutes and he would have been on his way. He instead tried to get away. He escalated the situation. When they finally tried to handcuff him he fought hard and completely flipped out. What would you suggest the cops do? Not answer calls? Not stop suspects? Let suspects walk away?

It's the cop's fault that the paramedics even got involved in this situation to begin with!!! That kid wasn't doing anything illegal when he was stopped and detained!!!
Just watched video of the incident. The whole thing was crazy. Some guy calls 911 to report him for simply walking home and wearing a mask. Sure the guy resisted but the cops didn't even try to explain why they were stopping him and give him a chance to explain what he was doing. And then when he tried to explain after they grabbed him, they kept on wrestling him. The whole thing was totally unnecessary.
The real question is "who is going to protect us from police protection?"
Is it possible to get a restraining order against the police???

Yes & no, it was the paramedic that gave Elijah the killer cocktail. But these cops are just as guilty & then these cops laughed & took pictures & bragged about it. I lived in this area where this took place, this should of never happened to anyone, everyone involved should me charged with murder.

It is wrong that the medics got jail time. Sure, remove their license. But this was not malicious, it was malpractice. If this starts becoming a habit then i encourage all EMS employees to save themselves and quit before the citizens turn on you for a bad outcome
