It took me so long to realise that the Tome Controller actually created the Time Strategist, apparently Big Finish had that one waiting in the back pocket for quite sometime. But thats maybe my favourite bit if Dalek backstory, also interesting that this means the Strategist is a female

what happened to the time strategist after the time war?
Currently hasn’t been revealed yet, but presumably they’re finally defeated just before then end
