Great content as always my man! That double knee sprawl low single is something I started using towards the end of my career. I think they must teach that at Penn State, considering Retherford, Nolf, and Megaludis all use it 🔥 love to see the sport continuing to evolve!
where do you coach? My coaches always based their instruction on their experience from 5 - 30 years ago. I want my kids coached by someone humble who keeps up with the current top level. I would also appreciate if you sprinkle in more freestyle and greco footage with focus on folk style applications and adjustments
I have to think some of this is less reaction time and more having scouted your opponent. Even the best athletes tend to have patterns and if you know your opponent fakes at certain times or a certain number of times you can respond accordingly.
you have helped me in the offseason a lot thank you

Wrestling has NOT changed that much over the years. If your coach doesn’t coach movement and teaches singular moves that’s just ass wrestling haha.
Great content. I'm always learning.
Thanks for this vid. Would be great if you did a video on the do's and don'ts of fakes
This dude single handedly finna be making some future demons with these videos

This is 100% trained as a response to a fake and not base on scouting.
