I want to see how close my experience matches up. I'm an ENFP scientist. My last job I was a lab manager. First thing I did was T pose to assert dominance over the scientists which they loved and then set up a DND group. I then started to get to know everyone, tried to work and help in every position so I can get as much information as possible about the WHOLE operation while also finding out who I can socialize with. I end up having super deep convos within the first couple of days with my colleagues and we are super chill after a week or less.
🤣 Am ENTP scientist. My best (and only) friend at my current job is an ENFP. We are kinda weirdos. She’s actually a lot more together than me. And much more sweet. Science work was better when I was younger… I miss playing DND. Have a great day ENFPs!
@@vee258 as an infp it's the opposite for me; I socialize or at the very least just exist in the same room first, before moving to one on one conversations and stuff.
As an INFP Asian, I prefer to observe and slowly make my way getting to know my fellow co-workers on a deeper level. Those that can gel well with me are immediately placed in my 'friends to protect at all costs and will be dearly missed if they resign' list, while those that don't can jump in front of a bus for all I care.
After school I did a training for 2 years, then decided I don't like it, so I studied for 4 years and decided that I don't like that either...and now I'm applying for a different study. I did the same as the INTP, bc if they realized I was done, they'd make me do all work related to my position alone until midnight in spite of there being 3 other people in my team. :/ Also did the ISFJ thing...got hospitalized. Though, I am permanently suffering like the INFP, ISTJ, and (the personality I actually am) INFJ.
A few ideas: 1. 16 Personalities at a Costume Party 2. 16 Personalities at Band Camp 3. 16 Personalities as Superheroes/Supervillains/Civilians I have others, too…
Superheroes/Villains one could be a fun idea! I don’t know about the other types, but Hero ISTJ would probably have super smarts, or maybe future sight for better planning. Villain ISTJ…let’s be real: they’d basically just be an evil Vulcan.
Very interesting. As an INFP, I always thought capitalism might be a better system for ISTJ-types, who don't get into the abstract debilitating nature of the system and can just stay in the moment and get work done. Watching your representation of the ISTJ (and seeing some actual ISTJs confirm it in the comment section) has been a mini spiritual awakening.
ISTJs are very good at thinking far into the future and planning and implementing tiny steps, but they get super bleak and cynical when they realise the system they grew up to trust (If you work hard, you will be successful/safe) is rigged. Especially after they worked sometime and denied themselves joy for the idea of safety and duty.
As an infp I can say that’s exactly what I think after getting into yet another job field that I’m uncommitted to. It’s been almost a whole year and I haven’t quit my current job (tho that will most definitely change this year)
Haha same here. I'm planning on quitting my job around May or June, and take the summer off to explore, travel, and try to find my purpose in life. :,)
Yepp. As an ENTP with ADHD I actually agree that a cubicle is basically a recipe to make sure I will be the least productive I can be. And don't even statt with "we keep our doors open here". I'm here to work, Janet. Not to be social with you.
same. I tend to be pretty silent once I know what tasks I need to be doing for the day at my job and will do everything I can to make sure that the only conversations I have are the ones that are absolutely necessary. I just want to do my job to make sure I can eat and have a roof over my head and then go home. not at my job to make friends- INTJ.
As an INTJ myself (with a strong tertiary Fi because of my relatives though) I totally relate to the fact that I care to talk only when really necessary. Most people we meet at work are not friend material. I only bother when I meet someone who can actually be a true friend and I can quickly figure out when such a thing is going to happen without need for further exploration. It happens sometimes. But not always. Happened to me once and boy did our lunch breaks last so long it could make me get back late at the office. Though most people act like we should always befriend colleagues just because we all work in the same place. But things don't work this way.
And most of all, I go to work to challenge myself and fulfill my projects and dreams. Plain conversations, gossips, telling acquaintances what I did this WE and forcing myself to go take drinks with said acquaintances because otherwise it would not be polite is not part of the plan and strategy. Now... experience also taught me that sometimes those acquaintances can actually lead you to opportunities or introduce you to potential great friends. So strategy-wise, there's this and that.
I just about die laughing every time you do an ISTP, as my son has expressed some version of every one you show! The dress-shirt version of the red flannel is icing on the cake 😆
An INTJ myself, starting a new job another country next month: Wishes to escape all formal small talks, fly under the radar for few months and eventually become a boss in about 6 months time. 🙂
I've been at my job for 17 years now and still start each day with a deep dread of not being qualified to do my job. Every year I get very good reviews. I get client feedback about how my services helped them. But one day they'll all realize that I was actually incompetent all along. One time a guy left feedback saying he could get better legal advice from the corner drunk. HE knew. Also, ISFJ: I managed to give myself a UTI a few weeks ago because we were super busy and I held it for a really long time. Your bladder will ultimately win that battle.
ISFJ here, so true, I used to skip lunch and not go to the toilet so that I could go for meetings and continue working without causing trouble for anyone. That was until I started having bald patches and health problems, then I realised I have to eat properly and pee. It's funny how ISFJs take care of others but forget to take care of themselves sometimes. I'm more intentional with drawing boundaries and self-care now.
Oh ISTJ, I felt you in this one - only those making executive salaries can retire early - ie generally before age 60 - permanently. Re: one very brilliant INTJ I used to hang out with, when he started at one of his new jobs, he soon created his own program for complex computations that finished in minutes what had previously taken the IT Department's crap program hours to run lol - s'funny.

can you explain to me why INTPs don't want others to know they already finished their work for the day earlier? doesn't that mean we can clock out earlier?
@@ryezheld For some imagine that is the case, though that may mean one's boss or other employees will hand off their work to you. Then one may find oneself in something akin to the one-person-dependant group project situation. Not sure if FJ thought of INTP this way, but I (an INTP) interpreted this as "I'm done early. Now I can go do something else (such as internet deep-dive, read, or some activity I can do in my workspace) whilst getting paid for it. And this is justified b/c I'm evidently so (arguably overly) competent at what I do, I probably could ask for a raise...but I'd rather earn what I think I deserve by staying here in my workspace a little longer and clocking out later. It's either that or try to confront and then negotiate with (very likely) an employer whose recognition of my talent is restricted to my utility to the business/company for which I'm working and will not really listen to my case...nah."
Oh boy thank you so much lmao the acronym thing and all it was actually something i would probably do, I can see me doing this like I'm even already thinking on my own cooperation acronym right now!!! (ENFJ)
INFP...nailed it! I think I leaned more toward Enfp until about age 30 though. 3 weeks into a job I'd be like "I'm going on my break. Be right back". Then I'd go never to be seen or heard from again! Always thinking "Well my next job will be awesome, because I'm gonna start over and be who I wanna be". But because they already checked my references/ employers on my resume. They already knew me👀! Oh I also use to like to "lose" my name tag. That way less people would talk to me. Finding a big "Hi" tag on the chest of an in/en fp...is quite elusive my friend!😁😄😊 Great video (and hair) as always
I'd really love to see a sketch where each of the 16 personalities struggles at a job that is at odds with their natural style. For example, an INFJ leading troops into battle or an INTJ attempting to be a motivational speaker.
My INTJ sister loves giving unsolicited advice. I think an INTJ could be a good speaker, but I think they’d be kind of oblivious to the kinds of issues other people have that they don’t have (like emotions lol).
INTJs can be really good motivational speakers, we just won't do it the cliché way. What would be really odd and painful is an INTJ as a human resources professional (e.g. recruiting) or a receptionist... now THAT would be a riot.

What a great video - spot on for ENFJ. Frank, would love your take on 16 personalities decorating their house / renovating their house / buying a house! Keep up the great work.
INTJ is so true. I’d rather people think I’ve been at a job for a while even though I’m a young starter. I have no time for workplace drama. At my first job people got offended that I wasn’t asking for help because I already knew what I was doing. This time around I have a better career and just pretend to be a different person. I go for ENFP when I talk to coworkers so I come across as less intimidating. I’ve also thought of redisguising myself to look like I’m 10-20 years older.
As an ENFJ, this so accurate 😭😭😭 We see everything with motivation and inspiration. "Oh! It didn't go well as planned?? No worries! There must be a reason why it happened." (We usually tell this to ourselves because it empowers us. We don't tell this to others because we don't want to sound too invalidating for them ☺️)
In all honesty...these sketches are so calming to me... idk why but they rly help me calm my anxiety, its like a favourite show you keep rewatching for comfort.. so i rewatched the entire playlist several times💕💕💕 Thank you Frank !! You're the best!!!
INTP: Welp. My work is done early, and I should definitely leave something productive for myself to do tomorrow... guess I'll just have to amuse myself by following my own interests for the rest of today. What a shame.
Could you do 16 personalities in a horror movie, or as criminals? Personally, I'd also be interested in seeing an INTJ/ENTJ couple through the ups and downs of raising a feeler child...
If I ever lose my Airpods I would cancel all my plans and stay home, because they're the reason I can survive outside, people don't talk to me and think I'm deaf. Thank you Airpods! INTJ.
That...hit the spot...in my first day at my other work I went there over an hour earlier, so I can be explained what to do and so on without causing any trouble or delay, but they just sent me to work right away, didn't explain me anything at all, I didn't really have any proper break or bathroom visit and so I stayed like 9 hours there in my first day... as being an introvert working as brand ambassador in the most crowded place (airport) as my very first "real" job wasn't enough... My body was hurting so much I had been crying like an INFP when I got home. I died. I am an ISFJ ghost now.
@VyVAceShaz 😂 I used to be a donut fiend! My mother worked in a donut shop when I was little, got on the habit early. 😜 Broke it years ago tho. Nowadays I'd go for the bagel.🙌😊

Not to brag but ENTJ here... I was an intern for this startup and then 4 months later I became the new manager of the department I was interning after the former manager resigned. It was weird at first getting called as boss by the people who I applied together with as interns. but being a young manager was always my plan though I really didn't think it was gonna happen too soon 😆
INFJ 3:07 Yup, i kept thinking that on my last job for three weeks until i didnt feel an 'outisider' and 'the new girl'. And after i got a few compliments from my work partners. Until that day it was all anxiety and thinking if I would be enough every single day 😪
I just finished my second day at my new job today, funnily enough. I'm stress eating at home now because I am too hard on myself for burdening everyone with my lack of know-how, know-where, and know-what.

As an ENFJ, I really related to the ISFJ. In my last job, I did not use the restroom once in 7 years. I don't even know what the restroom looks like inside. However, I will say that I critiqued corporate culture at the same time I told myself that it was unhealthy to hold it in for 12 hours...
I started a new job a week ago and new starters (including me) introduce ourselves everyday to different departments' managers. I'm an INTJ. You can imagine my stress level :D But since we do that every day I'm getting used to it little by little :D
the INTP should be like: "when is the deadline? oh tomorrow at 5pm? ok. (manage to procrastinate until 3pm tomorrow and do days worth of work in 2 hours). or I'm just an INTP whose in a 'time management rehab'..
I love all of your 16 personalities videos! they are so creative and clever and make my day since I watch them everyday! And I believe I am an ISFJ and I would not want to inconvenience anyone however if I know where the bathroom is I will go on my time! Right now I am thinking of going back to school because I just have my SSI but I would love to have a job. and I love the 16 personalities skits, but I would love to see one about a wedding day because you have had a lot about love lately! Like the proposing one or one about a dinner party since you have a video inviting a lot of different personalities to your dinner party!
Frank how about making 16 personalities interacting with their inverse function personality type. For example like INTJ and ENTP. INTJ -> Ni Te Fi Se ENTP -> Ne Ti Fe Si Would love to see that!
They may know about your procrastination habits, the fact that you're not going to stay in that job your whole life but they also know that you're going to bring fun, happiness and get the job done well (ultimately) 😂 They've made a good choice 😏 ~ a fellow ENFP
Lucky. The personality tests I had to do with my job applications were all just the terrible ones that are proven to be not only faulty but discriminatory towards people with mental and neurological disabilities. I only did mbti at the request of my career counselor and that gave me the wrong type. Spent too many years thinking I was INFJ when I was really INFP. Guess I kinda lived most INFJs nightmare there lol
Imposter syndrome and INFJ-T go hand in hand. I am trying to overcome it, one day at a time. During the Christmas holidays, my sister-in-law taught me that the 1st two years at a job are for learning- you are not expected to know everything- and the next two years after that count as your expert years, where you sharpen your skills further before moving on to the next challenge. I am trying to adopt this philosophy and have been throwing myself down the deep end, career-wise, this year. I am scared stiff but I am trying to push through the fear...

@@animadas2306 Imposter syndrome is pretty much doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud.
Same! This was super enlightening 😮
Okay wait so it had me...I just started a new job and now I'm moving from Ohio to Germany to take a new new job...
🤣
Am ENTP scientist.
INTJ here. When I was in AIT, after about 7 weeks, one of my sergeants accused me of intentionally flying under the radar. He was correct.
You are intentionally flying under the radar!
Yes.
....
....
Do you get the job done?
Yes.
Dismissed.
As an ENFP this is slightly exaggerated but still fairly accurate. I think I have had about 30 different jobs in my lifetime.
I absolutely love my job and I am still like...I could do something else though, what if I like that even more?
I am just 17 years old, and I already had like 4 jobs lol (btw I am enfp)
After school I did a training for 2 years, then decided I don't like it, so I studied for 4 years and decided that I don't like that either...and now I'm applying for a different study. My father is already asking me when I want to earn my own money hah...I'm just looking for a fulfilling job, but it's so hard if you have a lot of interests and talents but also get bored so easily.
It’s so accurate actually 😭😭😭
Also the feeling of needing a fresh start over and over. Well I guess they're related probably :o
Idc im gonna be a dev ok

Wouldn't it be fascinating to watch the sixteen personality types (specially ISTPs) as Princesses?
Did you mean She-ra? I think the thing you're looking for is She-ra.
It’s either a flannel over the dress or the dress is flannel patterned for istps
Fuck me hell yeass!!😂😂
😂 You really really want to see the princess sketch. FJ! Help a fan out! While it was at the end of their list of suggestions that was clearly so it would stay on your mind. Paper World has good ideas. Princess sketch! Princess sketch! Princess sketch!!! 👸 👑
I too would like to see frank's sixteen personalities be a princess
😂 ESTJ made me lol, especially since my husband is ESTJ and is the boss of IT.🤣 I admit a lot of these have gone through my head at a new job, although I never thought of a liquor cabinet.🤔 And, I did “hold it” for 8 hours on my very first job when I was young. smh☺️🤦♀️
Yeah, this is why I'm self-employed and work from home! INFJ here but resonated with several of these, especially the ISTJ.
What do you do?
Signed a fellow infj
Haha, same and also INFJ. I like people in small doses, so that is how I set it up. Small dose of people, then I work alone.
@@dharmadharma3960 I'm a writer (mostly a ghostwriter) and editor.
I did the same as the INTP, bc if they realized I was done, they'd make me do all work related to my position alone until midnight in spite of there being 3 other people in my team. :/
Also did the ISFJ thing...got hospitalized.
Though, I am permanently suffering like the INFP, ISTJ, and (the personality I actually am) INFJ.
A few ideas:
1. 16 Personalities at a Costume Party
2. 16 Personalities at Band Camp
3. 16 Personalities as Superheroes/Supervillains/Civilians
I have others, too…
Superheroes/Villains one could be a fun idea! I don’t know about the other types, but Hero ISTJ would probably have super smarts, or maybe future sight for better planning. Villain ISTJ…let’s be real: they’d basically just be an evil Vulcan.
16 Personalities at their wedding/divorce day could be nice.
Oooo ... costume party would be fun 🥺~INTJ
i have a similar one : the 16 personalities as anime characters
The infj one is so accurate. Every day I'm convinced I'm gonna be fired lol
This can become a self-fulfilling prophecy when your colleagues pick up on your insecurities
Me too, the imposter syndrome runs deep
I had no idea I was experiencing a normal infj thing until this video 😅
@@bluejay7805 Most definitely, as an INFJ I feel the same way you feel in the career space
Don't have a job but I'm always convinced I'm going to do something wrong or stupid in a social situation like ballet. :')
@@thirstwithoutborders995 So true! ISTJ here! :D

Yepp. As an ENTP with ADHD I actually agree that a cubicle is basically a recipe to make sure I will be the least productive I can be. And don't even statt with "we keep our doors open here". I'm here to work, Janet. Not to be social with you.
Yo… i’m an ENTP with adhd.. 💀
You're getting better and better every time! That's hilarious!
Great job!
Definitely resonated with the INTJ & learned to be friendly in small *calculated* doses ●__●
I’m trying to court an ISTP. So accurate!!!
I'm an INTJ, but can I register as an ISTP ally based on my extensive flannel collection?
@@ZijnShayatanica I am an INTJ as well and you can spot us based on our extensive black tshirt collection. ;-)

Goodluck fellow intj! :D
As an ISFJ I know you're right but I don't know how to change it lol
ISFJ here, so true, I used to skip lunch and not go to the toilet so that I could go for meetings and continue working without causing trouble for anyone. That was until I started having bald patches and health problems, then I realised I have to eat properly and pee. It's funny how ISFJs take care of others but forget to take care of themselves sometimes. I'm more intentional with drawing boundaries and self-care now.
Suggestion: 16 personalities in "Mean Girls"
Oh ISTJ, I felt you in this one - only those making executive salaries can retire early - ie generally before age 60 - permanently. The INFPs mistake was taking a job that he didn't love or believe in.
@@Heliorhodonite In the INFPs defense, those are the inferior functions. Doesn't mean we can't develop them, but those are not our "go-to" cognitive functions. When we are doing something we believe in, we are 100% engaged.

Also, another great video! INTP situation is so true!
Those are two very funny ideas!
can you explain to me why INTPs don't want others to know they already finished their work for the day earlier? doesn't that mean we can clock out earlier?

Wow love this I’m actually getting this right when it starts! Love the count down!!! ENFP-T here 😸
INFP...nailed it!
INTJ when joins a new company: * already CEO of the place *
I boss management through emails even though I'm on the lower rung behind the scenes. I could not deal with customers.
I can so relate to INTP and INFP.
Great video and that "fixing printer as if they are defusing an atomic bomb" got me.
I'd really love to see a sketch where each of the 16 personalities struggles at a job that is at odds with their natural style. For example, an INFJ leading troops into battle or an INTJ attempting to be a motivational speaker.
That would be hilarious!
OMG an INTJ motivational speaker would be a riot
My INTJ sister loves giving unsolicited advice. I think an INTJ could be a good speaker, but I think they’d be kind of oblivious to the kinds of issues other people have that they don’t have (like emotions lol).
INTJs can be really good motivational speakers, we just won't do it the cliché way. What would be really odd and painful is an INTJ as a human resources professional (e.g. recruiting) or a receptionist... now THAT would be a riot.
It’s been 3 months but I still don’t know or want to know anybody except my team members. Yes I’m INTJ. Yes I’m working at home 😄 best job ever.
Frank, I want a behind the scenes video. I’m always curious how you come up with your response for each type.

Can we please have a part 2 to 16 personalities answering the web’s most asked questions🙏🏻
As an ENFJ, this so accurate 😭😭😭 We see everything with motivation and inspiration.
"Oh! It didn't go well as planned?? No worries! There must be a reason why it happened." (We usually tell this to ourselves because it empowers us. We don't tell this to others because we don't want to sound too invalidating for them ☺️)
The highlight of my week... 6pm in Brussels, and it's officially the weekend!
