I soaked it for about half an hour and made it without any eno. It was very good. We can add crushed green chillies and coriander too and a dollop of butter.
Eno is important to create holes for better cooking. Please dont miss that part. Also make batter little loose, and place a lid and cook on medium to low flame for cooking well inside

To be honest , the texture she showed, comes after , adding 1 cup curd , 1 cup water ( if by chance leaving the batter for 10min ) or else 1/4 + 1/4 cup water and the batter texture will come like her .. pic can't be attached , or else, I would have shown .. And , yes , you need to cover while cooking and flame can be slow also .... and , we don't need to spread much ... SET DOSA is how she is showing , and last but not the list ..... Halwa Rava and Thin Poha ... rest is all fine
I think you take poha little bit less quantity than suji rava right??? Bcz i tried it before 1 year, if we add same quantity it will become very very soft even can't take dosa from tava...
