Absolutely correct. My stomach's work day ends at 5 pm. It will not accept any new customers after hours now!
You wouldn't have that problem if you have a proper diet. Unfortunately due to the food industry, you actually have to do a lot of research and calculations to get a proper healthy diet.
Also it doesn't help that his diet is essentially made out of sugar.

Welcome to arguably the daftest video of the year so far...The Boris Johnson Daily Diet Challenge!
I read an online article detailing BoJo's daily eating schedule
(www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2008/may/25/foodanddrink.boris) and thought it might be a bit of a laugh to give it a bash!
All supposed to be taken in good fun, so let's not descend into heated political debate in the comments, we get enough of that on the news ;)
I've already read a great many comments from people saying they're unsubscribing; and to those people I'd like to say that if that is the case, I'd like to thank you for your support of the channel. It really means a lot to me. But truthfully, there's nothing 'political' about the video at all.
It's all a bit of light hearted levity, poking a bit of harmless fun at a rather eccentric public figure and ultimately...Just flippin' eating his daily diet! That's it! Really no need to read anything more into it...Life is serious enough, let's try to transcend it with a bit of a laugh eh?
If that's not your jam, then so be it. I don't let politics impact my social interactions with other human beings. That's just me.

He's actually correct with the night time, it's better to eat a lighter meal at night, especially if you have any digestive issues of any sort which a lot of people do.

Sorry but your wrong Beard, you dont eat a lot before sleep. And that's the advise given when people eat (some regions still do including mine) at 8 pm etc.
Eat the most in the morning as in balanced diet, filling in the afternoon, and light at night

1. You eat at 8pm & above - You've eaten too much. Your metabolism slows down when you sleep so all the food lasts till morning because it has no need for complete digestion. Also, most likely time for the body to accumulate fat so if your aim is to get high blood cholestrol, get fat or possibly have thick blood and possible heart attacks, then go ahead (depends on diet too. Recommend a lot of fibre for dinner since it helps the body overall the next day0
2. You eat before 8pm - The food has not yet digested (possible, in ths case refer to 1) or it has completely digested and your about to goto sleep on a possibly empty stomach thereby leading to sleep disorders in the future due to progressive acid accumulation in the stomach. This is why so many folk from first world countries eat additional snacks before sleeping. Because their hungry again..... seriously.... why... our just inviting obesity and other problems.
So to answer your reply, No, your wrong. Eating a lot will not help you in anyway whatsoever for dinner because it will cause issues in either case mentioned in 2. If you still want to eat at 6pm (18:00) etc., maybe eat a few fibre biscuits etc. and a glass of milk before you sleep
