Review of shocking decline of The Green Hotel in Kinross, Scotland.

We have stayed here a few times in the past and it is listed as a 4* hotel but you will see from the video it is currently more like a 1* or 2* hotel. It is going through a refurbishment but the state of the room we got was shocking.
The food was very good though but pricey
