100% they should add new customization to more og vehicles. Especially now that these older vehicles are getting more attention. It seemed like before they removed all those cars, most people were only focused on whatever was coming next -completely ignoring everything that came before, more or less. I feel like that was a power move by rockstar which added value and exclusivity to the vehicles -in a way. As long as they continue rotating what’s available each week, and let us get a chance to eventually purchase all those ones that got away, then alright i forgive rockstar.

As a man growing up with all sorts of racing games (Juiced, Flatout, Burnout, SRS, NFS, Midnight Club etc..) I would choose the Bollokan Prairie. Not the best handling, it being an FWD and all... but man... This type of car brings me back. Just some old school, cheap, plastic crap. I love it.
I fund one with burnout like Pearlescent blue paint on the streets and I had to get it! It wasnt thst easy since i first ,,stopped" it with insurgent and then got chassed by police but I got it and I love it!
There's a lot of street cars that I favor but two that I have favored that I don't see anyone ever talk about is the Oracle and the Oracle XS, on flat tracks they're not the fastest but they do go over 100 mph and they can easily breach 120 with the help of bump boosting from the road surface plus the Oracle has an exhaust mod.. which isn't much but it's more than the XS model
The Picador was a car I was waiting to become a Benny's vehicle and eventually it did... WITHOUT Benny. It's customization opinions are great and, though it's not a top tier car, it really is a nicer looking car because of its update
Facts the picador goes so hard now with the updated customization and they went hella hard on all the liveries they made for it too. I was having trouble finding it on the street for a sec too
The reason that Youga van is called a drift van... IS BECAUSE IT IS A DRIFT VAN! Even in 2013, Rockstar was so car cultured to put this Japanese automotive phenomenon in the game. In Japanese there's a niche following of people buying old Dodge Ram Vans and drifting them. It's called "Dajiban" and you can even see dajiban on Noriyaro's youtube channel.
Such a cool thing. Basically in the 80s and 90s, US Soldiers stationed in Japan imported a bunch of Dodge Vans because at the time Chrysler were the ones making fleet cars for the government. Given that they were 80s Chrysler products, the vans had comparable longevity to a glass of milk in the hot sun, and the government basically just ditched them when they inevitably started having problems. After all, why spend money fixing broken things when you could just buy new things, right? So they went on the used car markets in Japan, and because the already cheap price was fractioned further, plus that they were exotic cars (think of how nuts we went for their cars) and relatively easy to maintain, they became affordable options for aspiring street racers.
I've got one dressed up like a Trans Am. White with the gold wire rims. I remember the tuner update came out and I whipped that sucker out, my buddies all went "car like that'll shut the whole meet down". Still have it.
Lately I’ve picked up a Sandking SWB (based on the modern Ford F-150s… I think) and that is a lot of fun driving around off-road and on road. Just Stick some off road tires, keep the stock suspension and you’re good to go. Yea it may not have many mods but it’s ability to crawl over anything makes up for it. The XL is viable option but I feel the SWB is slightly more underrated
My first car I ever got upgraded back in 2016 in a story mode, and still is one of my favourites. Just such a powerful and menacing looking car. Besides, it has a good amount of mods for an og car, which is definitely a great bonus for it.
nah, the Schwartzer is definitely a E-Class/C-Class/CL-Class hybrid. couldn't even be based on a S-Class coupe considering they did not exist when the game came out in 2013.
My first GTA Online car was a Buccaneer. Decently fast, not GREAT handling, but good for a first time player learning the ropes after getting off the plane and meeting Lamar.
I haven’t really been into GTA in about a year but my starter car was the Sabre Turbo GT when I actually got into the game in like 2018. I actually still have it in one of my garages.
Man the sultan was the og hiest car, especially if you had a driver who used brake boosts and curb boosts that was literally the fastest 4door available
I have like two thirds of the cars you mentioned, but never even thought about the last third. Like the Felon, I don't like lowered cars, but this one looks cool lowered! I also didn't know they updated mods for these cars!!! I only heard about Turismo R update. So thank you! P. S. Sentinel is by far NOT my favorite street car. For a long time it was Dubsta, Schafter/Schwartzer, Gauntlet / Vigero. now I also dig Jackal, F620, Patriot, BJ XL. Asea! That's a fun car when fully modded, and it has a good amount of mods.

Oracale was my first stolen car on gta, im surprised it didnt make it. It seats 4, handles well, and is fairly quick, for stolen off the street cars go.
I have the Schwatzer and the Dominator as my cruising cars and just picked up the Picador recently... Really love the Schwatzer a lot and the Dominator is a better looking modern Mustang than the GTX... other cars that I love from the streets are the Bucaneer, the Tornado and the Sabre...
i think the old blista deserves attention. its a V6 powered compact/coupe and that V6 sounds BEAUTIFUL. for its looks its actually fast and also even if you cant find it on the street its free on a website.
Should have the ( Dinka blista compact ) on the list I have 3 or 4 ! it’s a OG car based on the Honda CRX Si 🔥 one of my favourite cars in the game , rockstar sleeping ☹️ didn’t update .
I just built a jackal after watching. Not a lot for modifications but it handles pretty well and is fairly fast. It’s a little slow to get up to speed with no speed upgrades but when it does it moves!
The Dominator is always gonna be a fave of mine when I first got GTA V for PS3 it was the first car I got for free in the opening race against Lamar and at the time I had a similar gen Mustang (2007) I modded it to match it as close as I could and even 10 years later I still have it in my fleet and break it out now and then even tho I do not have the real car I will never sell it.
Fusilade? I have one hiding in a garage somewhere, every so often I decide to sell it for the garage space and then grow to like it on the drive to LS Customs, so turn around and put it back in the garage

So this isn't related to GTA Online, but there's a fun story about free cars I have. I started playing GTA again recently, currently replaying the story to absolutely minmax money as much as I can and see how early I can buy things with each character, and I found out that - on the PS4 version at least - you know sometimes you find pre-modified cars? That's a thing in single player as well. Sometimes driving around, sometimes just sitting outside a Los Santos Customs. On my first playthrough I'd see these cool cars in front of Michael's local LS Customs all the time and hoard them in my garages. My favourite was Zentorno that appeared outside one day, this was like, three quarters of a million dollars to buy and it just APPEARED. That car was my baby, I made sure I had access to it during Michael and Trevor's exile and it had this really badass colour scheme with black, white accents and the Italian stripes, and it was probably my fastest car once I unlocked all the max performance upgrades. I lost it when I accidentally saved over my first save, but now I know about these pre-modified cars I always keep an eye out when driving around.
That sedan Sultan RS is not the "OG Sultan RS" like the one in GTA 4. The GTA 4 Version is the updated one we have now in GTA 5 which is a 2 door coupe.

Nobody mentioned but i think pigalle is underrated too. Decent at anything, fun to drive(for me). It is a jack of all trade car for free.

I like the Felon GT too. No modifications and can easily tip onto two wheels in a corner, but nice looking convertible.
The sultan isn’t actually the OG sultan from gta 4, they did it right when they implemented the actual sultan rs, because it was a 2 door not a 4 door

The bennys sultan (sultan RS) is the exact sultan in gta 4 the modified one at least because that's the only one with the exhaust coming out the side.

I always use jackel for getaway cuz its a 4 seater and has good speed and handling
The Declasse Asea is a cool car. Lacks a bit of customization but it has a similar body kit to the top secret 350z l. Same goes with the spoiler
