the Romero hearse does not require a mission... you can rarely get it without any requirements, just hitting the church during the day. IF you already have one, it will spawn 90% of the time.
I collected a load of rare cars about 6 months ago. I found the hardest ones to get were the two gold Tornados (one with a hard roof and one with a soft roof), the blue and green Ruiner and the sea wash green Tornado.
The Dubsta can spawn at all 3 locations in the city, I usually get them by the airport and store them at the Greenwich garage, but the real farms are the Sandking and Sentinel.
That's silly, no doubt next update they'll add it back with a lock on jammer 🤦🏿♂️ I did always wonder why you could save it though as they charge like 875k for it 🤷🏿♂️
you CAN save the Lifeguard SUV and Mod it if you use the avenger or the MOC. you have to insure it first before you can mod it. Los Santos Customs to Insure it, MOC or Avenger to Mod (Full Armor, Window Tint, Wheeles, ect. but not the Livery.

You don’t have to snipe anyone for the mariachi tornado. Just have to wait few seconds till the tornado drives off the cliff
