This is actually a pretty easy trick to pull off. Once he enters the parking lot take your camera and snap the photos, then once he comes in and opens the package use The World to stop time and switch what was in the package with your photos.

The packages are different - look at the placement of the text "Please do not bend" on the envelopes. They just took pictures of the guy before entering the building, printed them quickly and then made the switch. Probably had a security scanner downstairs and asked him to leave his stuff in a tray or something.

It was probably switched at a reception desk or something. There must have been some intervention between the photos being taken and the opening of the envelope because Michael doesn't once handle the envelope himself
