Polka is the 4th section of Mark Morris' work Grand Duo (1993). Polka was actually choreographed first and premiered by itself in 1992.
This clip comes from a performance at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) in 2015.

Glad to see this! The all-female student workshop version posted several years ago was good, but there's an extra boost of energy and style from the Morris troupe. I never get tired of watching this.
