After construction of roads government should enforce re painting of houses

That money was borrowed from the world bank for specifically such projects

U must be a kadaama working in arab countries where they have wide roads while not appreciating the fact that most of these roads are going through people's land who will need lots of money for compesation incase u want to displace them to make wider roads but also these are just feeder roads leading to residential properties
Also go talk to the people or the beneficiaries of these projects and ask them how they feel about these new roads or changes coz fyi these roads had never seen tarmac since Uganda was created
