@@PaulTwyman It was harder than you make it look, that's for sure! I have a really hard time keeping my arms straight. The same thing happens when I try to press to handstand, too. I can't do either without bending my arms, but I think it will get easier with some practice.

Started working on Tuck Planche a month ago. Started with a 0-2 sec hold. Tomorrow I will do the second Tuck Planche workout 💪
