Lee sun kyung just passed away on 27 Dec 2023 through suicide... was incessantly questioned for drug use, dropped from dramas, harassed by reporters... How he must have felt... the despair. Korea is one of the worst place to live... the pressures at work, family, socially... even in cyberspace... its netizens are one of the worst... overly judgemental and opinionated without knowing the full story etc. RIP Lee Sun Kyung... great actor.
This drama is sad, and heartbreaking and lonesome. But to me it feels like home. I first saw this when I first moved out of the country to work and live alone. I felt so lonely and alone. But then I found this drama and, despite how sad it is, it felt like home. Now it's been four years and I still go back to it whenever I need comfort.
I watched this drama recently with English subtitles and this song touched me but I didn't know what it meant. Then I came here and listen to it and I found English subtitles and I can say am truly moved by the lyrics. Koreans are doing a great job with these dramas and music. It's sad that the language barrier keeps a large part of the world from being introduced to such great songs.

I just came home after having a tough day, I been lonely for 20 years now and I am going on 67 years of age, when I was young I had goals and dreams and I was lucky enough to achieve them, now I have no dreams or goals I live moment to moment, this song is a very emotional song to me, it's heart to heart and mind to mind, as you get older you realize we are just creatures of habit and emotion, without dreams and goals there can be no happiness and that brings the tears to my eyes.
I remember feeling so gloomy when I watched this kdrama which was also the first time I heard this song. I did not know what the lyrics meant but I thought my feelings resonated with it. When I looked up the lyrics the next day, it really was what I thought the lyrics meant. I have been struggling with my mental health late but keep it all to my self, no one seems to notice it. The mistake in my case was i was not leaving my dream & i lost 3 yr for that and some loved ones and many more things that i cant say, in a sense my life fall apart. You know what, since the 1st time I heard this song while watching, I got hooked - in an INSTANT. When I watch this video few years ago with eng translation, that's when I cry. Why? The song interpret what I felt. That's why, whenever I'm listening to this song, I always cry.
I was just searching for drama's of IU as I was so into her after watching 'Hotel Del Luna' then I came across this drama and started to watch it only because of IU at the start, but instead it made me realise about how hard life is.... I'm really happy that I found this drama!!🤧

@@GotuUmraniya recently i have realised that no matter how much hard work u do for something in every possible way if something is not meant to be just realise it. May b Almighty has another plan for you so try it out. There r 8billion people, they have 8 billion wishes and life does not owe anything to any of us. The mistake in my case was i was not leaving my dream & i lost 3 yr for that and some loved ones and many more things that i cant say, in a sense my life fall apart. So work hard, try thing out and in this journey be kind to yourself. Best wishes for your future ❣️
@@roshnitasnim2757 Thanks i too have lost my parents, my life has been happy go lucky and goal less but recently i got the inspiration from this celebrity IU, sister iu has inspired me to be something, i have seen her channel and noticed how focused she is in everything she does, hardwork and discipline, focus, dedication to be something noteworthy in life is now my goal, so i can do something better in life enough to get some respect and thus name for late parents and family and if something big then maybe i too can give good impact to someone's life like IU has inspired me and yes fate is fixed that is why i take things easy anyways, but i have all the time in the world now to anything i want to pursuit so might as well try, and my father had talent in multiple instruments, i am interested in drawing and various arts anyways and am always interested in learning flute and making some music with piano, who knows i might produce something good using artistic skills, infact my goal is to be big enough that even IU would recognize, for all that i need to break from my own fears, laziness, sadness etc. good luck to you as well
