We worked on three 10-story Lift Slab buildings that poured the floors on the ground and jacked each up one floor where the interior was done at grade level. This was 50 years ago. We did the steel stairs. This was in Park Forest South in Illinois.
Given the current market uncertainties, relying solely on predictions for investment would be an unwise decision. thats why , personally I recognized the need to seek guidance from an investment coach in order to navigate the market more effectively. I reached out to my coach in January, and under their guidance, I have experienced consistent growth, with my portfolio now valued at around $150k. The process has been relatively straightforward and uncomplicated, far less challenging than it was before.
Build and lift is great innovation it saves life of the fabricators please provide a contact of the company , their web site seems to be not working ..Thanks
Great video. Several mentions of CO2 emissions here. CO2 is not a pollutant, not a greenhouse gas, it is rather an essential of life on this planet for the vegetation that produces our oxygen; and, CO2 is presently approaching starvation levels on this planet.
Wish more people would be aware of this, not very many willing to study much about the world around them. If you're going to vilify a gas to further an agenda you should at least pick one that is actually harmful or at high levels.
We have been pumping CO2 out of the ground for hundreds of years, and it won't last forever. If you think we're CO2 starved now, just wait until the day it runs out.
Hong Kong had a builder of aircraft hangers 25yrs ago who did this method of make the roof on the ground then lift and with roof areas likely 100 times this small house. Nice video but why does everyone think they are the first when a different method is used?
Environmentally friendly materials are useless for the average joe if they are way more expensive. They have to find a way to make them cheaper than the usual. I looked for recycled plastic ties for a retaining wall once thinking they would be cheaper and I was so wrong. They were 5 times the price of concrete and 7 times more than wood. I chose concrete.
The issue with the tiles or the plastic and tires being used is the emit chemicals that leach into the waters that people drink or into the ocean overtime and if this is built right next to the Shoreline it's just slowly poisoning the nearby sea life a the rubber decays
REACHED A NEW LEVEL? LOL! Look at our old world buildings and our ancient architecture we haven't reached any new levels! lol They didn't even have the tools we had and built nearly impossible structures!
I think he reads the sales pitch the companies publish. With small variations since the companies would refer to themselves in the first person. I really enjoy his voice, he's able to get & keep one's attention even when presenting so-so subjects.
8:11 3-D printed concrete structures is the stupidest idea I’ve ever seen🙄🤦🏻♂️, especially due to it having no rebar, it’s just a disaster waiting to happen. Whoever invented that should be sh__.
Poor commentary on NZ foundation boxing... shipping cost is no more prohibitive than any other country using seaway importation... also note NZ dollar rates are almost always beneficial to North Hemisphere countries... and cost i NZ is often POA (price on application) - allows better cost/sale flexibility... quotes can be requested - it was terrible reporting to simply say "... no price on website...."
Just cause something uses recycled material doesnt make it better or revolutionary. None of this stuff in this video is any good....just over priced junk made from junk....the youtuber making this video is 100% clueless.

Wow! Ingenious 👏👏👏👏
Just discovered this channel and already been through tons of vids. Content is great!
I really like some of these ideas! Especially the roof building idea, I think that is an amazing idea and would cut down on injuries!
There's never been a more walkable roof than the one they showed. Completely unnecessary.
Great😊😊😊😊
the concrete mats for erosion is an ingenious idea!
World of enjoying our pure innovation
Amazing architectural ideas
The roofing jacking is great and all for new construction stuff. But doesn't solve the height issues for old construction and extreme heights either.
I have about $76k set aside to invest and I could appreciate quality investment advice.
You are better off getting in touch with a real time investment coach or professional financial advisor.

Careful, the green communists don't like facts.

Shipping expenses on the Probrace wouldn't be a problem for me. I live in New Zealand. Did you think about that?
Nice video
Modular Construction what this New Level ,opening technologie Construction is engouth exemplar 😮😮😮😮
very good technology
The first brings a whole new meaning to the expression: "raising the roof."
That raising the roof technique is a great idea. Good luck when it gets windy though.
Ever good recycling the old and new garbage and making it useful 👍
Recyling of Construction in New Level opening technologie Construction of home, police acadamey and others in next Geration
I do all this work myself....
In that construction video game
hope the Build & Lift System can lift loads more than 3.6 tons to heights more than 12.0 ft . . .
Why would you need a house with a roof that weighs more than a tonne?
5:55, those have been used in America as retaining wall blocks, their made from leftover concrete from the job site.
Jacking the cover of a building.... now that's clever!!!
Mashallah allah karm kar
Great vid, keep it up guys!
Anyone else sick of hearing about co2 emissions? Did everyone forget that trees and plants require carbon dioxide?
Finally a new vid, better go grab my popcorn
Why so many construction innovations from New Zealand?
عالی 👍🏼
Where was the safety shoring up of the trench sides before working down there on that drainage pipework ??
In the bosses bank !

Wooden houses? Sounds like a fairy tale abode!
What a technology
I love the roof
Is that like a Tinker Toy bridge?
Looks like a new spin of a WWII era design - a "Bailey Bridge"
Nice

The narrator should research the subject he’s talking about. Sounds good but not always factual as in all his other videos
REACHED A NEW LEVEL? LOL! Look at our old world buildings and our ancient architecture we haven't reached any new levels! lol They didn't even have the tools we had and built nearly impossible structures!
Very soon our friends from the far east will copy and say it is their technology😂
It’s so funny he calls using plastic as environmentally friendly.
I think he reads the sales pitch the companies publish. With small variations since the companies would refer to themselves in the first person. I really enjoy his voice, he's able to get & keep one's attention even when presenting so-so subjects.
and tires
😮
BETONBLOCK is from The Netherlands! Not Finland!
Everything has attached " environment friendly" BS.
Same as paper straw with big ass plastic cup
Fiber concrete is past, not a new technology.
For a decades now polymer concrete is used which is better in every aspect.
Shipping expenses goes both ways tech zone we got pay more for us to import so ha us kiwis have one on you😂
When’s the next vid from you guys?
Just a Bailey Bridge from WW2. Wa as SAPPERS trained on buildind Bailey bridges in 1984 and 1985. Copy cats!!

0:47 that's not a house baby, that's a cabin for children...houses are made from stone or concrete...not wood
Timber mate not ‘wood’ and yea they definitely make house out of timber 😂
Tast 9
Id love to know how they measure these Bullshit environment measurements
lok pod is nothing new, it exists for over more than 25 years, not an Australian invention!!!
