To be more accurate on the characters position within the movie. Claude Frollo was a Parisian Justice minister for the Catholic Church so calling him a judge or a clergy member is all accurate. He held a political position within both Paris and the church where he would judicate matters of law and order within Paris utilizing church ideology. Many major Catholic cities during these times were organized like this which is why the church was so powerful during these time periods. These positions obviously were passed to clergy members who gained sufficient rank within the church and were appointed these ministry positions within the city they governed.

Disney later went on to do a live action stage show that acts as a middle ground in tone between the animated movie and the Victor Hugo novel. Frollo was so evil in the movie, that they actually made him less evil in the play.

Actually I just looked at his Spotify and I can’t find his non villain songs album for Disney he used to have Disney metal album for the protagonist songs and it’s gone that sucks. But the original albums are still there. I recommend them both. 2 different styles between them but they both rock honestly
