The world is gorgeous but more of it should be interactive. You should be able to woohoo in the waterfall and light house. Make wishes at the fountain and tree and put functional boats in the water. All things we already have in the game.

It’s such a shame such a beautiful world like this isn’t that interactive. I understand it’s a game pack but it’s not fair to make such a gorgeous place that Simmers can’t fully enjoy. I wish there were more lots, the world gives off a lot of Italian vibes to me

Reminds me of ecoliving. Lots of background and not much to actually interact with when compared to the actual size of the world

They really slept on the „create your own world“ from sims 2. we have sooo much unused, wasted space in EVERY world in Sims 4. let us place Lots on free and unused spots😭
I wish more houses were available to live in Bc this world is gorgeous
Few thoughts: the beach near the town center reminds me so much of Disney’s Luca movie. And it would have been so cute if they had made it where sims can draw “will you marry me?” In the sand...given the theme and that’s a classic way some propose-that would have been a nice touch.

I find it so strange that they put a chinese and indian food stall into a mediterranean world. The mediterranean has great food, so you don't really see any foreign cuisine stalls in mediterranean tourist areas, which takes away from the immersion for me. They should have made food stalls with Italian, Greek and Spanish food instead.
definitely!! I guess they were trying to include some cool foods but went the wrong way about it lolll
I suppose the world is based on the southern Italian region of Puglia, which is a really popular location for weddings! One of the Property Brothers got married there, actually haha
Looks like they also have some Croatian inspired stuff such as one of the family’s last names being Markovic and the water falls looking very similar to Krka in Croatia!
I love you can recognize all of the Mediterranean countries in one world, I see Italy, Portugal, Greece, even Turkey with this balooons. Prettiest Sims world by far
I think that the arches are supposed to represent aqueducts, which may locate this in the mediterranean or even Italy (the names are mostly in Italian). Gorgeous. thanks for sharing

Why did they put a lighthouse in this world but then don't allow our sims to go inside it like the one from the Cat & Dog expansion pack??

It's a beautiful world. But it seems there's a lot of set dressing. Can't even see any collectibles. I'm interested to see if they change the world before release date or just focus on fixing the ai and gameplay 🤔

So we can swim but can you snorkel? It doesn’t look like it which is kinda odd to me-any beach themed world should let your snorkel and scuba dive. But I’m thankful our sims can go swimming at the beach at least.

I’m sad that theres no lot on the island with the lighthouse😢.
I'm not exactly feeling the effort in this one. All the towns feel empty and stiff to me especially since 80% of what we see isn't playable

Okay... Now that I've seen the cave painting and the underwater head I tend to assume that Tartosa is based on the French mediterranean coast rather than Italy or Spain.
Anyway, I love the looks and atmosphere. The world alone is reason enough to buy the pack.
or its just a mix, its a reoccuring thing in games especially made by americans (from the usa) to merge dfifferent countries cultures,flora,architectures into one for a certain project
It is a mixed of everything. It does have lots of Italian and Croatian vines. Tartosa, though, is suspiciously similar to Tortosa, a Spanish town near the Mediterranean, very close to the coast, though there's actually no beach in that town. Most names sound Italians, though some also work in Spanish. Can't tell if they're Italian or Spanish because these languages sometimes are exactly the same.
@@goodaimshield1115 native italian & studied spanosh for 5 years, so i can confirm the names are indeed italian specifically!
I bought this Pack only to have ability to build in Tartosa, not interested in wedding stuff 😅
