I understand how dangerous it is reaching such heart rate levels. The most important thing is to stay calm in such situations. This isn't the first time that I've hit these numbers, but I certainly need to be more careful. This is not healthy for anyone. **Yes I do have days off.** Nothing bad happened and I'm doing fine. That doesn't mean it is okay for anyone to reach these levels. Thus, I have a disclaimer in the beginning of this video. Seriously, **I love you all** and I appreciate everyone's concern. I'm a highschool athlete, and for comparison's sake, I max during most training and races at 195 for brief periods (sprints, end of races, etc.) 16yr old male here, he destroyed me.
The highest my heart rate has ever been was 205, which was after about 45 minutes of running at the gym on a high speed.

I just die when it reaches 140 because I don’t do sports so I run for 30 seconds and I have to stop
I can raise and lower my heart rate at will. I once lowered it to 20 bpm.
Highest I ever hit was 215 and that was during the damn pacer test because I wanted to get to 100

@@sacaret vertigo is a symptom where you feel like you or other objects move when you aren't moving, and that's not what I have, I don't feel anything moving I just see a pure white color in front of me for a few seconds. And I don't know what is causing that, so I don't know what it's called.

So basically what it does is the blood pressure isn't fast enough to travel from your feet to your ear and the brain shuts down (not the best way to say, but whatever) for a few seconds because of lack of oxigen in your brain. Shit I don't really understand and don't want to.

As a beat saber player, its actually easier to follow the notes when playing, since the vr gives you depth perception, which you dont have much of when watching it on a 2d screen.

Adrian Garcia it’s not the game that measures the heart rate. He prob has a machine, like them wrist blood suckers, and he hooked up the results to the screen.

Actually the human heart doesn't really work at Hertz, which is actually about sound frequency. Rather, an input of wattz that are used to shock the heart, causing it to cease up then release, and it keeps going.

But one thing I was told during track is to do a cool down lap
This allows the heart to slowly go back to its original bpm
And of course I asked what happens if I don’t do a cool lap
They told me that there is a high chance of me going into cardiac arrest and to develop knots in your chest which can hinder your breathing and blood circulation
Let’s just say I learned the hard way and the knot in my chest is just starting to go away after a week
I’m only telling you this because I don’t want a song like this to be your last
I don’t know how many levels are in this game but I would probably do one of the first 5 songs as a cool down lap or in this case a cool down song just so your heart rate goes down naturally and not suddenly

By the way a knot or at least the one I had felt like a golf ball pressing against my chest every time I inhaled
