It is unclear why EPIC is not able or willing to solve the stutter issues. I have heard CDPR is working intimately with Epic to solve the issue for Witcher 4. Idk if only blaming the engine is useful, yes UE5 has a bigger problem with it than before, but it isnt like pther games havent used it and promised to have good performance. Heck, even disabling nanite on some existing games games can show an improvement, which yes means that some of their tools that are supposed to be for optimization are broken, but also means that the people actually making the games can make good performant graphics by messing around nd not using the default UE5 render settings and methods

Turning on Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling and restarting the pc works to turn on frame generation from my 3060 ti and it also remove the stutters in my game
1:29 song?
Oh my god, thank you. Literally the best channel about graphic settings.
I’ve just updated the game to 1.05 version (I’m usint FitGirl Repack) but I’ve noticed some visual glitches in when I turn on Frame Generation, such as ghosting and other glitches, what could I do?
I have a RTX 4060 Ti GPU
Well after patch 1.05 i have a progress break bug that stopped me in the appartments 3rd floor crawl space cannot progress through the crawl space
is the red dead redemption analysis being worked on?
no noticeable improvements when running on my laptop. i manually updated that dlss dll before the path but apparently my pc is not qualified for dlss frame generation to be enabled on a 3070ti system.
After installing the dlss mod, the strong staters disappeared, but performance dropped by almost 50%. Am I the only one?
I use AMFM 2 instead of frame gen and works beautifully.
Hey thanks for this video. Will u make a video for Black Ops 6 too?
I'm working on it
@@benchmarking4386 thank you so much
I copied your guide for the frame generation with my 30 card and it’s still a locked option
Can't watch the video right now, but has stuttering improved?
Any mention about game breaking bug at the Labyrinth the new 1.04 patch introduced ? Is it happening on every PC ?
Hey can you do video like this in Throne and Liberty ? MMO
Awesome video! So does this mean that Calisto Protocol still has traversal stutters? It was developed with UE4.
I’m on PS5 and am waiting for the update that fixes the broken cube puzzle that was introduced by this update.
Awesome video! Thanks 😁
Please a video on how to configure A Quiet Place, the game is very poorly optimized :(
Is anyone else having problem with the routing cube section ? Especially after solving the first puzzle ?
Love the videos, my go to unbiased channel
can you do a tutorial on how to enable dlaa on this game? it s not working anymore after this patch
Thanks for the video! Can you make one for Dead Rising Remaster please?
Thanks man! everything worked on RTX 3060, but I had to reinstall the game I have a pirated version🏴☠, because the game can't be bought here due to sanctions If you can't get the generation, try deleting old saves or reinstalling the game entirely
I don’ t find frame gen option after update is possible?
the problem with the AMDs frame gen is only in nvidia, i tried in same PC with a 5700XT works perfectly, but with a 3060 there is a major stutter
It is unclear why EPIC is not able or willing to solve the stutter issues.
I have heard CDPR is working intimately with Epic to solve the issue for Witcher 4.
The same source mentioned they were having a really hard time getting it done.
So either something is wrong in the core of the engine.
Or, the amount of data streaming is getting bigger than our actual bus speeds can handle.
Because their engine is lazily made and broken to the core.
Are any of these on the PS5 version?
It's amazing how Unreal Engine used to be THE amazing looking and buttery smooth, always 150% optimized engine, you wanted everything done with it! Then UE4 and 5 came and changed everything to become the exact opposite. It's now hated a lot of the time and with reason. Capcom I think superseded UE with their engines which are always optimized, look amazing and buttery smooth on almost anything, with almost or no stutter!
when i played launch version i enabled frame generation via engine.ini file it's like one line and it works great. mabye because i have radeon gpu idk
with bug that Breaking Labyrinth
Is bo6 going up today still?
Yoooo BO6 dropped we need ya!
@@wasyaname Today 😉
Idk if only blaming the engine is useful, yes UE5 has a bigger problem with it than before, but it isnt like pther games havent used it and promised to have good performance. Heck, even disabling nanite on some existing games games can show an improvement, which yes means that some of their tools that are supposed to be for optimization are broken, but also means that the people actually making the games can make good performant graphics by messing around nd not using the default UE5 render settings and methods
2:20 does it work with amd cards?
DLSS Enabler should work, Nukem's Mod requires RTX graphics card.
If you want FG on AMD you have few options: LukeFZ (cost money), Lossless Scaling (cost money), AFMF2 (free), Optiscaler (free). I tried lukefz, LS and AFMF 2 and I can say that Luke mod is the best, LS is really good and AFMF2 is much better than the first version and is working quite good. I didn't tried Optiscaler but I heard the newest version is really good.
@@MacTavish9619 I bought recently Lossless scaling so I will give it a go
@@MacTavish9619 why you are suggesting using an external tool for FG with amd cards? the game have in-game fs3.1+fg and with fps cap runs fine! im testing right now.. im so confuse.. which is the best option at the end??? in game fg? lossles?, optiscaler?afmf2?.
@@s3rgiiooo I just said what option you have if you use AMD gpu. Yes, in-game fsr3 FG should be always the best but if you can't take this option, lukeFz or LS are the best for you.
Can you do one for Rust?
Why your ram consumption is lower than me?
My spec:
5600X
32G RAM
RTX 4070
It uses over 27G RAM while playing silent hill2.
Hey can you do bo6 when it comes out?
@@sweetpotato3272 Yes, I'll most likely cover it.
just updated the patch for my game and it still travearse studders, especially down the stairs in woodbrige apartments by the chute, otherwise love the game, radio silence trophy glitchy for me..Also the ps5 version doesnt have as many options as the PC..
ofc they only fixed the forest area. most people do benchmarks on starting area anyway. now try to benchmark in blue creek, where on top of stuttering there's horrendous fps drops to 30 and lower
RDR1 Optimization Guide, please.
i keep saying now I'd rather play a game with 20-30% worse graphics that doesn't stutter than a game with insane mode graphics with traversal stutter. It's so distracting an immersion breaking and it is impacting my purchasing decisions of otherwise good and even great games.
1:30 what's the background music?
It's the music that plays at the intro cutscene of the game
Silent Hill
@@UrExtremeGamer Thanks. I found it. The music name is "letters"
So, Is it the Engine or is it the Devs ?
Engine + game devs + lack of raw performance of the GPUs.
Mostly a engine problems. UE5 is a bit difficult still.
@@excite6501 dont think HW is a problem as even on 4090 with 7800x3d it has the same big stutters
Both but I would say, mostly engine because these type of game using UE5 all have the same stuttering issues. So the engine sucks.
will you do one on black ops 6 please?
@@intmum7236 Yes, I'll most likely cover it.
I'll ask this in this comment section, where people know what they're talking about. I'm about to update from an RX6600 to a RTX 4060, both have 8GB of VRAM. Is it worth the upgrade?
I have a RTX 4070 and it will not allow me to activate frame generation
You should enable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling on Windows.
Right click on the desktop and click on Display Settings > Graphics > Change Default Graphics Settings and enable "Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling".
@@benchmarking4386 thanks you really are the King
