Just look up however board cart or seed for ever board on the Internet and you will see many varieties of them for sale. Most have the of board rear mounted with 2 hand bars coming up for steering. The front mounted ones are more squerrly and I added an extra square tubular bar about a foot and a half long that fits inside the square tubular frame in the front to extend to where I can have my legs out comparatively more straight. That makes the front overboard mount one's more stable. I like that better for being able to have your hands free which on the rear mount your hands have to be on the bars. But the words "Savannah cat on the hover board" in your UA-cam address bar and you will see my rig. It will go faster than I dare take it with me and the cat. You can get everything in one package, except the hover board, for under $100.
Health and safety will have a field day with this thing. Riding position is to high making it top heavy, seat is not properly secured and not fit for purpose. Look like an accident waiting to happen.

What if my hoverboard has a handle right in the middle where the cart hooks up?
I wouldn’t get one because it would break it. The hoverboard is not meant to handle pressure from the middle.
The weight resting on the hoverboard is less than half since most of the weight is now being carried by the rear wheels.
