Jean Carroll and the State of New York) could file suits for disgorgement of assets that Trump transferred to others in an attempt to hide them or protect them from being seized as part of paying off the judgments against him. Melania's Prenup is worthless in that event, and who would pay her attorneys' fees to fight disgorgement cases to seize the assets?
