I spent a small fortune on a Dyson v15 detect. It lasted about 12 months before it needed parts replaced. Which were inaccessible because they are constantly out of stock and when you can get them the parts are so expensive that you are almost buying the product twice. The attachments were not really any good as the vacuum isn't really strong enough to use them effectively. I've just ordered a shark detect pro which was less than half of the Dyson and has very affordable part replacement if need be. Never buying a Dyson again
The v15 detect absolute has the longest battery life i think, but i do agree that dyson does need longer battery life, it just depends on the vacuum strength.
I have the Dyson V8 AnimalPro, and the battery will last for 4 hours on the Turbo boost, so I am happy with that. However, I do wish they would make them with additional batteries, so would never have to worry about the vac giving out before I do. 😊
I'm a professional cleaner - and I will always choose SHARK !! Dyson is hard on your hand which hurts, the Shark is easy and much much faster to get the job done faster.
@@Dtuvcx I've tried many Dysons (approx 7 both corded and cordless) and about 3 Sharks, 1 cordless - But I'd say the Stratos is the easiest for cordless and the corded ones I've used aren't made anymore. The Dysons are fiddly to empty and clean but Shark definitely had a cleaner for a designer, I can clean the filters and empty them so much easier and faster.
Had the Shark Stratos and the folding mechanism broke after just a few months. Also had a Dyson Absolute + and that also broke on the poor attachment due to the whole vacuum being too heavy and big! I've got a Gtech Platinum game and it's Happy Days!
Went to see actual shark cordless stick vacuum (high end IQ+ sense) and compare it with Dyson V12 slim. It was clear that the Dyson is the winner. When dealing with fine particles, Dyson will not clog but Shark does. It means u have to clean/inspect all the internal 4 filters in the Shark frequently which makes it a non productive vacuum. In the end, we want to use the least amount of time to clean our homes. Hence Dyson is the winner.
LoL, Shark is not even close.... but anyways funny that some weirdo's think it is... Although, Dyson is highly overpriced as well... and their robot vacuum is lightyears behind... ridiculous

That is so annoying! A dyson is such an expensive purchase
Shark don’t sell parts
@@Viewer765 yes they do
@@jmb-cm7mr no they don’t
Give me one example of shark cordless vacuum that last several hours?

Shark is my go too I love my shark so much
We have a dyson at home, but shark seems like a good brand to!

@@LordSzabonight thank you for the rewie❤️but some people there say that you can’t remove Shark, only buy the new one
Dyson is a very fancy product but its does justify its massive price tag.
