    This is the exact content that I'm looking for,I suggests you can further elaborate your content with tkd tips where you're best at.Moreover,you can create timely 10 minute workout videos which are very in demand this quarantine.It will be ideal to merge tkd along with that concept,for example you can try to create 10 minute mobility workouts etc.

    Do you ever have problems with your legs? Like shin splints or hairline fractures? If so how do you deal with them? I’ve started taekwondo later than most people (at 13) however I’ve fallen in love with it and have become a student of the game over the past 4 years, but sometimes I’ll train too much and it puts a heavy burden on my shins. How can I deal with the pain and still keep up my pace? Is there any kind of routine you go through to keep your legs (or anything) healthy? Huge fan btw!
