Do you ever have problems with your legs? Like shin splints or hairline fractures? If so how do you deal with them? I’ve started taekwondo later than most people (at 13) however I’ve fallen in love with it and have become a student of the game over the past 4 years, but sometimes I’ll train too much and it puts a heavy burden on my shins. How can I deal with the pain and still keep up my pace? Is there any kind of routine you go through to keep your legs (or anything) healthy? Huge fan btw!
