Hi
Wait a minute...
You know how the bottom of the ocean floor on level 7 is made of carpet, right?
What if that water goes to level 0 for the moist carpet?
Shit , you might be onto something
That's a good connection! Like the carpet of level 0 is the flipped sea floor of level 7
Interesting...

@Gage Powell jokes on you *pulls out Uno skip card and the Uno +2 card* now I got 4 of them and you got none
Not sure why but the Santa popping up constantly was super annoying to me.
I second that. It was like I was going insane.
I thought it was just me
@Layne Da Pi Guy no its funny

Same, funny the first few times but it quickly got old
broogli: reads about a liminal space hell where people are torn to shreads and die in brutal, painful ways
also broogli: n i c e
Well if you think about it , it kinda fits Broogli when you think of him as a backroom entity. I imagine he cares enough to educate wanderers about the backrooms and entities so that you survive but he can also be a bit apathetic
Like he would be the person to say "Good luck 😁" when youre about to enter the 7 rings of hell 😭
I can imagine Broogli as a friendly backrooms entity who gives information about them to travelers, but he’s never in the same place since he is always exploring to gather more information
If the fandom makes Broogli an entity then can make it so he can teleport to almost all levels but only himself and anything he can carry, he cannot take others. That way he becomes the ultimate Backrooms cameraman; able to advise others on new levels, changes to levels and perhaps even relay messages.
a bit weird but ok.
@@youtubecomgoogleagreed
(Hi, I'm 5 months late-)
Adding up to that, what if he has his own level that wanderers can't enter? Since he is like (in lore) a powerful backrooms entity, he could maybe make a newly discovered safe level his own with some sort of password? I'm not entirely sure if thats possible in the backrooms or not, I havent been in the fandom for very long, so I'm not entirely sure how it works, sorry

watching the backrooms hit off the same way SCPs did a few years ago.... brings a tear to my eye. community made horror storylines are truly a marvel
yeah they both give almost the same vibe but still unique with each other.
Now we just wait for SCPs and Backrooms fusion.
Since SCP Fundation already trying to contain godlike beings they could meet the Backrooms Owner.
@@freespeech3817 The backrooms is like SCP but with rooms
We need a Backroom X SCP Game
Turned a horror story into Narnia, a cool one at that.
I love how this urban legend is so in depth, we refer to it like it’s an actual thing.
Want something more "actual thingish realish?"
There is a company in the backrooms with the most realistic sounding name "M.E.G. Record keeping institute". And also the Kalag Institute and Eyes of Argos. Perfect brand/Company names.
And that scares me

A lot of kids believe in this kind of stuff
Urban legend? I’ve dreamed about a lot of this stuff, starting young and had no idea about the back rooms until I got older and wanted to know more about my dreams
This video is quite special to me. When I first got into the back rooms, liminal horror was something new to me, and the idea of infinite isolation, madness, entities, mazes, and glitching out of reality was kinda cool I guess
Frr

There’s a special milk for the people who are allergic actually
Here's a theroy. What if on level 0 when people die they are absorbed into the carpet. Then the room strips them of flesh and the skeletons are deposited into level 7. (Hints the mass amount of human skeletons) perhaps that is why level 0 has a moist floor. And considering level 7 has an ocean floor of carpet, that the levels are actually feeding/draining into each other.
You might be on to smth 🤔
Love that he talks about these things as if they exist

Just imagine an online video game where people have to actually work together to survive in the backrooms. Like for example: resources are scarce, entities roaming the level, and certain groups that can kill you if you're not careful. If you die in the level, you lose all your things you had with you. It would be cool if people could form their own groups to survive in the backrooms. Possibilities are endless.

My backrooms route starting at Level 0 would be:
1. Get to Level 1 as quickly as possible
2. At Level 1, get as many supplies as possible. Maybe stay for a bit.

@@ninjawizard7021i dont know, a couple loose coins could be pretty good.
There's so many Backrooms indie games, but with how expansive the lore's become, I could totally see a full-on Backrooms MMO or something.
That would be truly epic, though I think if we are lucky we might get a survival inspired game with hunger and stuff like that, think of something like The Forest.

I just realized the backrooms could be like part of the Greek labyrinth The labyrinth could have spread so far beneath the Earth's crossed that it could have stretched into another dimension and either the background could be a result of it or the bathrooms could have already been there just much smaller and the labyrinth combined with it and grew the backrooms into what it is now
Great theory!

I'd like more info on level 1.5 - described on a different video as a "broken" level with light and dark inverted - and a very dangerous entity called "mother"
Actually, theres another exit in level 6, you can trip on a wire randomly ( it shouldn’t be done on purpose or it wont work) and it will transport you to level 6.1, one of the most SAFEST sub-levels. Hope this helps

Its big. Very big. If you understand what i mean.
In the original and most commonly accepted canon, there are only the first three levels. In level zero, you have a chance of escape by noclipping through the dark areas on the wall. In level one, I'm not sure how to escape, but in level two, the only way to escape is to completely accept the Backrooms. They have to become your home.

Honestly, with the amount of world-building that is put into the Backrooms, it is almost enough to have a game made out of it! Like a legit indie game that has Levels from 1-16 for now and the amount of world creation to get a chance to explore with given options to have a companion brought alongside you whether it be a human or a friendly entity.

As cool as this is, I prefer the mystery factor of the first couple of levels. Or at least the sense of loneliness. The whole idea of factions and hubs kinda ruins it for me. Cool nonetheless
same
Same ngl
Unless everyone has their own personal backrooms, factions are inevitable.
Not like you're gonna encounter the factions. Almost every level is pretty much infinite or incomprehensibly big, it's you and the backrooms 99.9% of the time
@@dik56 Yeah but that’s the thing. If that’s the case how come these factions just became out of nowhere? I had the understanding that 1: Like you said they’re incomprehensibly big, and pretty much infinite, and 2: How often do people noclip into the back rooms? Certainly not enough in the span of a couple decades to be over 1000. Or at least that’s what I thought
Not gonna lie I kind of miss when Backrooms was less elaborate. I miss the mystery factor of it but I feel like now that's kind of lost because of how elaborate and insane the Fandom has gotten with their creations and additions
The main appeal I feel was that everything was like somewhere you thought you had been in your life but haven't. Some of the fan levels don't take advantage of this enough and lose this aspect. Don't get me wrong seeing insane geometry and entities is cool but I liked the eerie simplicity of the OG levels
I personally think there should be only 100 levels, after that it just gets confusing and hard to follow and remember
Yeah, it was a bit better when it was simple and only level 0. But it's still good, because its a bit scarier now with all those levels.
im with ypu bro, when people start making, "arachnhobe" levels, its like, yeah you took what made it interesting, (not knowing) to iinsects (s9 much fear 8nsects wow arent you afraid of spiders)
they take a whole good concect and trash it with their lack of imagination/normie mind.
@@yakupkagancankaloglu7257 it's not. it loses its mystique and the feeling that you are alone in a place with no way out, a endless place that seems to be out of space and time, because every day you lose more and more the sense of how long you have been sitting here, you don't feel hungry or thirsty and you don't feel sleepy, which slowly pushes you into madness. More levels that are filled with deadly threats, monsters notwithstanding, break the sense of unreality - eventually there's something familiar and reminding us that we're still on earth: death. The scary part of the backrooms was precisely this unreality and loneliness: you're not going to die, you're not going to grow old, you're going to be here for the rest of eternity, alone, in a place that robs you of your sanity. Doing "safespaces," villages, gangs, or countries in it takes away that element of unreality and gives you a sense that this place has been tamed and is starting to feel safe. The highlight of the backrooms was the feeling that its liminal space creates, and these new levels are just weird, or completely normal rooms that have some sketchy monster in them like a murderous clown or a large moth.
Think about it this way.
The period in which the backrooms was an enigma is when modern people first started to drop in.
People had to explore new lands and were scared shitless until they knew what was going on.
I loved this big compilation of the backrooms! Keep up the great work! 👍
This video just inspired me so much that I went on a writing spree for a new story. It just appeared in my head and now I an translating all of this into german for a book even though I still must do my homework.

How do you feel about Kanes lore regarding Level 0? I know there's no such thing as true canon, so I go back and forth on which one I like best. I kinda like the idea of the government accidentally opening up a fissure in space.
Whether by accident or intention, I love that everything seems to be connected by ideas or experiences. A field in a suburb leads to a wheat field level. There are buildings from the 1980s and the Medieval period because both would have wheat fields.
Everything starts at a point and branches out. A dreary office might be the starting point for us but a wheat field might the the starting point for past generations.
Dunno how you connect a cave under the ocean with a night-time suburb though.
I find the idea of past generations in the backrooms so cool. Like imagine ur just a caveman hunting for shit and you slip on a rock and noclip into the backrooms
@@StrangeologyMusic Hah, an office would be some kind of hell for a hunter gatherer.
There would be fewer connections because our lives are so different but they would be there. We still love going out in the woods or grassy fields. We still fear what might be in the dark.

Odd request but can you do an in depth explanation on ALL the known entities? What they are, what they do, what they look like, what floors they are on, and if they have photos of them?
@anything he has a series about it
@@JellySquidAKAMiku k (that's my question to)
I can explain some basic ones:
Smilers: the ungodly product of someone searching up "creepy smile" (the exact one in the thumbnail), making it an scp 173 clone and then giving it an addiction to dark, they can be found on most (if not all) levels.
Hounds: stupid ass wolf things with a human head, they are so forgettable i forgot i forgot their behaviour so i'm just gonna move on
Wretches: that creepy ass blood man he showed while talking about level 2, you can turn into one if you don't eat, sleep and/or hydrate, forgot them too
Partygoers: My personal favorite entity, but it' kinda hard to get information because the page on the wikidot got taken over (basically they advertise on the wikidot to lure dumbasses with this specific smiley face =) and text saying they are cool and safe ) so the only information is from the fandom (i hate that place) and youtube videos. They are very complex, so this will be the longest section. They are tall bipedal creatures with leathery skin, they lack an actual face so they have a carved out smile and eyes, but they can still see and communicate for some reason. They mainly (mainly not only) live on level fun which is also hard to gather info on because it was taken over from the start, but it's basically level 0 but with party decorations and you enter by noclipping from the roof of level 0(or was it one, basically just avoid roofs) And the only exit i know of is death or getting transformed into a partygoer (more on that later). If you encounter one they will use ballons as bait, sing dumb nursery rhymes to tire you like you are some baby. Basically just stay away from ballons and nursery rhymes, they will also charge at you at ungodly speeds for 20 seconds before getting tired, if you get caught they will either start the partygoer transformation or kill you and make you into cake, when you get transformed physical changes will be slow but mental ones almost instant, from now on in 1 hour you will fully become one of them, your mental state will almost instantly become the one of a partygoer, the symptoms include: constant euphoria, bloodthirst, memory loss and basically everything else that happens inside of that small ass partygoer brain, physical changes are slow, they include: loss of face (why they carve it out) and hands, becoming taller and your skin is now yellow. I know that was long but i swear you are close to the end
Skin stealers: Their name is all i have to say but i'll explain it. They are big white humanoids who steal the skin of someone and wear it as a disguise, the best way to see if someone is a skin stealer or not is to stab him, if he runs away and spills out something that isn't blood he is a skin stealer and if he bleeds and dies/gets injured he is a human (one that you aren't talking with again at that).
That's all i can think of. Hope this helped.
the water is said to be super cold in level 7. If you look up "ice 7" (ice VII) its actually a compound of water. Ice 7 is water put under extreme pressure (extremely deep oceans with 30,000 atmospheres of pressure) and is said to only be found on planets that have extremely deep oceans (titan ect)
Europa’s and Enceladus ocean is extremely deep and doesn’t has that type of ice probably because of the prebiotic soup found on Enceladus and hydrothermal vents there
(LET’S PRETEND THAT WAS MY THOUGHT PROCESS :DDD)
How would you even survive level seven if you need to be underwater for multiple kilometers to find the exit
COLD WATER? SIGN ME UP
@@squaretorttle9400 There’s probably some diving suits around the level.
I just realized bro gained 800k subs in a year congrats! U deserve it :D
Yeah level 3 is pretty cool, it's incredibly dangerous but as stated it's pretty rewarding with supplies, weapons, and other super-useful items like fire salt and water guns, which means you can make "Pyroil" which turns a water gun into "dragon's breath cannon" essentially.
It is a true test that to be honest is something that "should happen" if you can survive here in level 3 then you have a fair chance of surviving long enough to find a safe level to settle down and live there awhile or perhaps finding a way back to the "frontrooms" (our reality).
So yeah level 3 is that "true test" for all wanderers and in my opinion an "essential test" because if you have what it takes to survive through level 3, then you have what it takes to survive a significant amount of other dangerous backrooms levels (not all mind you).
It always kinda intrigues me how much of a difference there is between the Liminal Archives wiki and the Backrooms (wikidot) wiki levels.
liminal roamee
yeah they are crazy
Which one is like.... right? I’m confused if it’s all like free game and everyone accepts it all or like what’s true lore.... I’m just getting into this and it’s confusing hahahha
@@at5598 Well Backrooms (Wikidot) has more content for people to work with. It's really just like with SCP, you can have your own canon because many of them conflict with each other.
@@krychstian7379 interesting, thank you for that! I originally stumbled on them due to watching kane pixels video adaptation! I highly recommend checking it out! He seems to be using his own lore? But creepy none the less
Level 5 I read about had a weird tentacle creature depicted on pantings, but it moves closer in each painting towards Your location where you are, if it gets in the same room as you in the pantings. You feel dread and a heavy feeling of being watched. Causing you to flee the room. It always starts in the boiler room, I read there was no other entity’s besides the creature on the painting.
69 likes, nice
I’ve first watched this when I was packing my suitcase for a trip, and now, every time I have to pack a suitcase I just put this on in the background
That is really gonna help me making a game about backrooms, ty bro
Level 567: "A Haven"
Difficulty Class: 0
567 is a massive grass field with deactivated streetlights erratically strewn about. The only source of light here is the soft blue hue the sky gives off. The level is ~200,000,000KM wide, and the highest recorded hill is ~6 feet tall. In some areas of the level, you can find large streams of pure almond water which is safe to drink. The entire upper right corner is a farm that appears to grow man-made foods like hamburgers and corn dogs.
Entities: "The Farm Keeper"
The Farm Keeper is an 8-foot-tall caucasian humanoid creature with 8 tentacle-like appendages on its back.
The creature has been seen wandering the farm area tending to the crops. The creature is friendly when approached, and very talkative to wanderers. The creature has never been seen injuring any wanderers or other local entities.
"The Arachnids."
The Arachnids are spider-like creatures about the size of a dog. The creature poses no threat to wanderers and is very easy to tame due to its playful and dog-like temperament. The entity has a minor mind-bending effect, making wanderers view it as "cute". When tamed, the creature makes a great companion if you want to explore the rest of the backrooms, as they are fully capable of fighting off hostile entities.
Entrances:
If you roll around on the grass of level 10 with your eyes closed after you drink almond juice, when you open your eyes, you should clip to the haven.
Exits:
Walking out of floating doors that appear in random areas will teleport you to a random level, but why would you ever do that?
Yo this is honestly pretty cool im imagining it rn lpl
Better than reality lol
bro this is better than reality xd
Suddenly I want to go to the backrooms
@@usernameisusernam My goal was to make the backrooms level equivalent to SCP-999, and everyone wanting to go there shows me that I did well.
If someone actually made a game about backrooms with all the levels inside, with all the correct details. It would the biggest game ever (like literally)
Testing my mental health and doing it in minecraft
A UA-camr Called fancy is making one
@@gammaraystom5378 good luck
Fancy has made one. The game it's not finished but have the most known levels and entities. It's free in steam so I recommend to prove it
And it would be amazing in vr with ambience sound and mic so the entities can hear every sound you make
1: this is my favorite video you’ve ever made
2: is your monster character wearing a partypooper mask
I love your videos I have nothing else to say other than I have liked and subscribed
The whole concept of the backrooms is interesting, enticing, and extremely terrifying, love your videos!
I have random hallucinations in my mind all the time so lvl 0’s affect of imagining things wouldn’t affect so easily, unless it feels like a lot more real.
"Food, weapons, and Wifi" xD That sounds really nice

OH MY GAWD I FINALLY FOUND THIS CHANNEL AGAIN!
Edit: if I ever got into the backrooms then find a mouse I’d take it so I wouldn’t be alone
This makes the backrooms feel like an actual video game.
Like imagine some deity/entity is handpicking the chosen few and letting them "clip" through then you basically work your way through the ranks of the levels...until...what? There is sooo much storytelling that can happen with this!
Back rooms would be such a good movie
Actually it would be an even better Netflix show
@@glowingspacecow8980 yes! A show!
It would really make a great video game *if done right ofc*
@@lex9534 there’s already plenty remakes in like rec room and roblox
So if you stay on Level 0 and Level 1, you'll be relatively safe and can even enjoy the exploration while you search for the Manilla room and MEG base and are then able to escape.
Due to the non-linear space of level 0, the MEG employees can't stray far from the portal, or they won't get back, it might be better for you to speed run level 11

Fun fact! That “town” you pulled a picture of is called Deadwood! It’s basically a gambling/party town and I live about 30 mins from it!!!

If you think about it, what separates the back rooms, the levels, and the front rooms is the fourth dimension. No clipping is just traveling through the fourth dimension
