Not always, see business owners own the business. not the land. Parking lots are not part of the said business. Most business owners actually sign a lease for their business. In essence they own the name of the business . not the actual properties.They would need to call the actual property managing firm of the property outside their bussiness and they are the ones would would initiate a trespass.
