Sheikh Im trying to understand quran since loooong time. But I cant take a idea for moden age it doesn’t speak with me i has learn about ikamah deen but idk how to take ideas from quran I’m struggling how can i transfer myself to quran??
We should be focusing on supporting the movements and pursuing sciences and trade! We are in a connected world now so we need to focus on building our own societies up and be an excellent example to the non Muslims, THATS how you get them to come to Islam. Be an example, let them come to us, less work is focused on solely just spreading it then we can focus on all parts of a society, Abbasid caliphate weren’t solely trying to spread the word, they excelled in everything in life and religious teachings benefited off that! Think!

Greatest thing dr tarek said was to create something and have it benefitted from the community even after your death. Think bigger brother praying and going to the mosque is good for yourself as an individual but creating something for others to benefit will bring you great reward and will continue counting after death

@@ABDULRHEEM-kr1kr yes I understand I didn’t mean it literally, I’m saying we are only focusing on spiritual pursuit dr tarek himself says all Muslim countries do not rank in top 10 best or successful countries anymore. Converting individuals is all we do but by building our societies up and make it worth looking at like better infrastructure or education system or a space where we can debate on certain matters and contribute to the future Islamic society so we can also be examples for example Muhammad ibn musa al kwarizmi who contributed in mathematics, you know? and then a lot of people at once will see the example of the Quran living through our actions. We are in a world that constantly changes we have to adapt with it
