Our NEC:180g 1.3g rockets in the UK have professional display shells inside the carboard casing, except instead of time fuse, it has an instant fuse for when the rocket motor fire hits it. I wish a 1.3 wholesaler by me would have got some salutes. That's the reason I got my license but nobody has any salutes. Maybe someday things will get back to normal
Go online and look up the ATF type 54 explosive license. Print it off and fill it out and mail it into the ATF. It will cost $100 but if you shoot a lot of fireworks and want bigger and better it’s worth it. I will make a video on the ATF license soon! But that’s the most basic way to explain it.
