RE: PAUSING, EXPRESSIONS & AIR-INSTRUMENTS:
Please be mindful that we will pause (we prefer to react in the moment & to avoid copyright strike), we will react with enthusiasm, smiles, tears, conversation, exchanged looks and air-instruments. We are expressive by nature and are truly very quirky in every sense of the word. This is who we are and this is what we’ve got to offer. We understand it may not be for everyone, but here's to hoping you all enjoy and we absolutely love positive comments and feedback.
RE: LIVE VERSIONS vs STUDIO:
Check out why we haven't uploaded any live versions... yet. They will be coming, we promise!

"Higher Ground": Stevie Wonder - lead vocal, Hohner clavinet, drums, Moog bass, tambourine, handclaps
the GREAT Stevie Wonder
Stevie Wonder is a genius!
Stevie licking the drums on this album amoung other things.
You Haven’t Done Nothin’, I Wish, Master Blaster, Sir Duke are just a few you need to listen to.
I think they are doing the entire SONGS IN THE KEY OF LIFE for their Patreon members. This is just the one song they decided to let loose on their YT channel.
The AMAZING Stevie Wonder, there is no other!
So....produced, written, arranged, all vocals and all instruments by Stevie Wonder.
You guys probably heard the Red Hot Chili Peppers version of this.
Great song.
My childhood was groovy - Stevie!!!! 😎👍
There is no Wonder why Stevie is so great!!
See what you did there! Love it! 😍
this song was played a lot of the radio, great song
I heard that too NICK, 0:58 !!! SOOOOOOOOOO glad I put headphones on
Fantastic album, 'Living for the city' is one of my all time favourite songs. Cheers
Music of my youth, grew up 8 miles from Motown.
Do not miss Stevie Wonder's "I Wish" or "Sir Duke". Me and my gradeschool friends would sing I Wish, at P.S. 33 Queens NY. And we would ice skate to Sir Duke all the time.
An awesome advertisement for your Patreon channel. Alexia said this was short and radio friendly. I always thought of it is short and radioactive in terms of the groove. Nobody seems like Stevie Wonder makes a Clavinet sound so funky. Great reaction.👍👍😁
Such a great song, others to delve into, living for the city, That Girl, Another Star ( long version) isn’t she lovely (long version) + many more
Saw Stevie Winder in concert twice at the same venue in the mid 80's. Valley Forge Music Fair in PA.
First time, I knew every single song.
Second time, I didn't know any songs.
Both times were amazing.
chili peppers
Godzilla and Don't Fear the Reaper is Blue Oyster Cult
Oooooooooooooooooh hell yeah
Next album from Stevie you should do is Songs in the Key of Life, a double album with no weak songs.
LOL, I played a very soggy round of golf on Wednesday, and periodically as we squelched around the course one of us would start singing a bit of "Higher Ground"... Didn't expect to get such a timely reaction!
This is my favorite Stevie Wonder song i remember it very well and this must be remixed ! The Chili Peppers version was awesome as well ! Thanks Y'all try Sir Duke next =)
There is a nice cover of it by The Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
RHCPs had Flea play the bass to that funky line.
This tune is fantastic! If you want to see a high-energy cover, check out the version on UA-cam of David Weckl and some studio musicians absolutely CRUSHING this great song.
Would love to see you both reacting to Mistra Know-It-All.
Love this tune since I was a kid!!!! Thanks!!!
First! I thought Lenny Kravitz did a great cover of this funky Stevie Wonder jam a while back. Didn’t know it was the Chili’s. Always love your reactions!!
"Part Time Lover" was one of his I recall from the mid 1980s
Great song, great artist, done by the best reactors on YT.
If you don't get it right the first time, or two, you'll get a chance to do better next time. Eventually, you'll be the best version of yourself you can be. Just keep trying. This is funky Gospel music.
Could you release the reaction to the album maybe song by song like you did with this one please?!?
Prefer his ballads, but decent tune.
Red HotCrappy Peppers....It's criminal to mention those douches in the presence that is the greatness of Stevie Wonder.
For Steve Wonder’s standards a weak song…it’s great don‘t get me wrong but not so inspired and divine like his other songs…like for exemple Living for the City or Golden Lady
Eric Clapton has also covered 'Higher Ground'.
If you want to explore more RHCP, may I plead for 'Knock Me Down'? It's from the late 80s-beginning of the 90s. I initially, and for years thought it was original guitarist Hillel Slovak, but it may have been the debut of John Frusciante. Killer tune, dudes.
I'd also like to suggest Clapton's cover of Jimi Hendrix's 'Stone Free'.
Cheers, tyvm, ttyl8r.
😉🤙🏼🎶❤️✨️🕊
There is a nice cover of it by The Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
