Do u have an episode on the menstrual cycle with the gory details, not the la di da. For some of us where it was for 7 days, heavy with solid lumps just dropping out and the pain killers just laughing at u! By the 7th day just laying there no energy to care about anything!
But thanks for this conversation, I haven't yet had kids and kinda still not there, I don't know if I will ever be ready
Is there an episode for those who choose not to have kids???

I'm sorry you struggle with menstrual period pain. There isn't an episode on either topic yet but this is something that can definitely be considered.

Thanks for the reply, on the topic of kids, I've realized if I disclose to anyone that I may not have them, it's like a taboo, especially in the African setting, and all of them have proceeded to put me on pressure to have them, whether I can take care of them or not, or whether I want them or not. I don't know if there are those who just gave in, and those who stuck to their guns and what were the consequences of these decisions.
On the topic of the menstrual cycle, just talking about the good, bad and down right ugly of it all with maybe a professional giving some pointers on all one can do to keep yourself healthy and for some (myself) conscious by the end of it all.
