● Event Summary:
Sébastien Ogier has claimed the fourth consecutive victory in the Rallye Montecarlo event, seeing off closest rivals Jari-Matti Latvala and Ott Tänak.
The frenchman opened the WRC with a 2min 15.0sec victory on the four-day classic on snow and ice-covered roads.
Jari-Matti Latvala finished second in a Toyota Yaris, while Ott Tänak slipped to third after having engine issues.
Thierry Neuville won the final Power Stage.

My Clitoris, i have been involved in rallying since the 1960's, my Dad was a works driver for 3 different makes.
I have never seen rallying so boring as it is now. Individually the cars are awesome, but they are all the same, they look the same, they sound the same, 10 cars go past and you fall asleep.The amount of spectators NOT attending rallys now verifies that I am not alone.
I long for others times when each car was completely individual, completely different sounds, and the driving techniques applied all varied.
Manufacturers are controlling motorsports in many areas and it's fucking it.

It's a different class, the Porsche is not a WRC car.

WRC cars are AWD
Yes, the base models do not have be produced with 4WD. In fact, none of the base models are available with 4WD.
