So many people brought up JJK to the Malaysian government, even adding a fake shine location to Nanami on the Malaysian beach he mentioned, that the government wants to contact Gege (Author) about having an actual shrine set up in Nanami's honor
He was originally a villian and supposed to die during his first fight with Mahito (Not both of these at the same time) But Gege liked Nanami enough to keep him around a little longer
Well that part was, but I think that fhey animated it even more gruesome in some way. In manga you think of it like "oh yeah he just exploded in 1 sec and his upper half disappeared leaving only his bones" while in the anime you see his body expand and become blue and after that explode from the inside, leaving only his legs
Jacob refused to drop that anger until Yuji got that first solid hit, then gradually got overwhelmed with the hype. Like he said “Way to make us hyped after Nanami just died”.
I agree so much with the sentiment that this was the perfect way for Nanami to die. Him going above and beyond the call of duty and dying leaving words of encouragement for Yuji just feels like the right way to send his character off. But the amount that it feels like I am the only person to have had faith in Nobara going into this next fight is ridiculous. My immediate thought seeing her matched up against a clone of Mahito was "Resonance could be HUGE in this fight", but all the reactors talk like she is punching too far above her weight class to stand a chance.
I mean Gege did frame it like how Nobara looks like she shouldn't have been there for how it hyped up Nanami as the minimum requirement as grade 1 and we see how he ended up. lol
@@whydoihavesubs6644 Though I'm just saying why people would have the impression they would. So I'm just saying why the underestimation existed in the first place upon seeing Nobara with Mahito by the end of this episode.
Caleb has been surprisingly on point with his predictions this season XD Sometimes I forget that he does actually have good insight because he tends to get carried away
Nanami didnt say no because he Yuji could handle it, but instead he was going to say something like "Thank you for giving me purpose" but that would curse Yuji, so he instead told him he's got this. Also remember, Inumaki was by Sukuna's attack since they showed him in ep 17
You know, that scene with Mahito, Nanami & itadori reminds me of *That* scene in H X H (if you know, you know) with Gon, Pitu & Kite. It has the same vibes.
When I saw people excited that Nanami was still alive last episode, I knew this episode was going to be rough. After their first fight, Nanami figured not finishing off Mahito was going to be a major problem later. And he was right. Mahito learned Domain Expansion in a very short amount of time and has now taken him out right in front of Yuji. Because of Sukuna not liking his soul being touched, Mahito can't use a lot of his more powerful moves on Yuji. He's fighting with a handicap. So he uses psychological warfare on Yuji by hurting the people closest to him. Unlike Jogo, he isn't interested in Sukuna. He even tried to give Yuji the kiss of death in this episode. Anything and everything to physically and emotionally damage him. Just when you think this arc is slowing down, it keeps ramping back up. And now, Mahito has his gaze set on Nobara.
@@raec5426 it's shown twice from two different perspectives, first Nanami then Yuji. It just goes to show how unaware Mahito was that until Nanami said Yujis name he was going to toy with Nanami but changed plans when he saw Yuji, who was his main target anyways.
