I'm shooting Black Eagle Rampages out of my Xpedtition Xcentric and let me tell ya there tough as nails only went for a goat hunt the other week and these arrows will stand up to hitting rocks and all sorts of things and still survive and fly straight !! the new stainless steel outserts are awesome more foc the better thank you gritty bowmen for the awesome review and thank you Randy Kitts for the great arrows your a legend ! and you have a legendary dealer putting in work for you guys here in AUS Adam from Ten Zone Archery has people going crazy over these arrows!!
Shot the rampages for a while. Flew incredibly, just too brittle behind the half out for me. Didnt want to spend the extra money on footers, went back to the axis pros, still miss how the rampage flies though.
There customer service sucks it was impossible placing an order and they act like they don't want to be bothered think I will buy beman percisions !!!!! And they don't explode
Great arrow but there customer service is horrible but the owner randy is a good guy spoke with him but seems like he’s got some knuckle heads working for him !!!!!!
I agree, the product is around 5 star but customer service lacks. They don't really go the extra mile to make sure their customers come back. I'm not talking shipping quick or available product, they do that like everyone esle in the business. Their product only makes me come back, but eventually, I might not keep buying their product. Gold tip makes a great product and customer service is awesome. I got sold on Black Eagle only because they were pushed at the bow store. Don't get lazy Black Eagle, you want to keep your customers go the extra mile and they'll keep coming back. BTW, If black eagle is reading this....I'm referring to actually sending emails about product inquiries and getting sarcastic responses back. Wasn't too happy about receiving unprofessional emails about what I should do and recommendations. I'm a new shooter and if I knew they were going to act like that I would have moved on to a different company. As a consumer, I have choices. Please make me a believer in your company and help new shooters that love this sport. If you just want to sell more arrows your going to do that with cheap product and volume but if you want to keep shooters for life go the exta mile and not only sell them on the product but customer service too. I hope they fix their customer service. New shooters be leery of this possibility.
