- Ingredients:
500 grams mushrooms, sliced
12 shallots, sliced
4 green chilis, sliced
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 medium sized tomato, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ cup coconut slices
1 ½ teaspoons salt, more as needed
¼ cup water + more as needed for grinding
½ cup for mixing arrap
For Frying Coconut:
1 ½ cups coconut
5 shallots, sliced
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 sprigs curry leaves
For Tempering:
1 ½ tablespoons coconut oil
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
3 dry red chilis
2 sprigs curry leaves

You can eat it with both! I love having it rice and a little bit of yogurt. That is a delicious combination!
Hi, Can you please show how to fry the curry leaves in oil to store for long time?
Yes absolutely! I will have to wait until my curry leaves have grown some more, since I don't have any now, but definitely in 3-4 months.
Any other vegetable can we do??
Yes, you can use eggplant, bitter gourd (pavakka) and shallots, just to name a few. I have recipes for all of these on my channel.
