Love you our skipper 🧡🧡
Love you Locks❤
for someone who faced a similar fate and has managed to make it alive and well (though it takes some getting used to having and S-ICD) I`m so happy for him.
Never mind hearing about Tom's story, lets have some ad breaks instead. Good old UA-cam. Good luck Tom pob lwc
not Nigel, but Nigel's wife, he saved my life with CPR back in 2022, the second out of hospital cardiac arrest I had in 2022, one in March and one in September - so, so lucky to be here - shouldn't have survived the first, never mind the second. As Tom says please learn CPR, nothing worse than a loved one lying there and you can't help. Nigel had no training, but managed to get me back before the ambulance arrived but admits its the most scared he's been all his life
Wow - that was a great outcome! Wishing you many more happy years together!
Had my SCA in NOV 2021, "dead" for 20mins, 6 cracked ribs due to CPR and required 3 shocks, wishing Tom all the best on his recovery journey
any one got tips how to improve distressing thoughts
Mindfulness meditation, start by closing your eyes and noticing your breath, counting each in and out. Youll notice a change in control over your thoughts after a while
How are people allowing him to play football ffs just pack it in man
Especially happening twice
@mattmorgan4083 genuinely mental how every one is just going along with it like it's fine
dont worry he will pack it in
Because it won’t happen again, the first time was a separate issue that has also been fixed. If he wants to play he’ll play and if he doesn’t he won’t, but he says he does. Only time will tell
@@-_Blitz_- Yep. Look at Eriksen. He said he won't go against what the medical professionals say but if they say it's alright, he would like to play again.
