@@ChigzTech 7 is a bit big as I wear my 6 as a minimalist tracker with regular watches on the left wrist. Great feature upgrades but not needed for me thankfully. Nice review from one Chigz to another!

The fact that the hart rate sensor is off so many times means it's hard to really have any value.

Hi chigz I'm thinking about the mi band 7 pro which does have GPS - what do you think of that please?
The Mi Band 7 is not available in South Africa yet, though the Mi Band 6 has been around for a while. I'm not keen on waiting months, though. If I order the Mi Band 7 from Amazon US, would it work in South Africa?
@8:00 finally after watching 5 reviews someone showed a notification with an emoji. I've been holding out on upgrading my Mi band 4 until one of them supported emojis and I haven't had anyone answer me for like 2 years now.

I feel that the bracelet is more suitable for running, because it is very light and will not put too much pressure on the hand. However, when I go out every day, I tend to prefer a round-screen watch. The matching of daily clothes, checking information, and making calls are very good.

Yes your right, this is ideal for sports. But my everyday watch has to be bigger, round etc.
i have an apple watch series 7 and i got recently mi band 7 idk why for some reason it was so comfortable to wear and tracks 90% of what i want . it just feels light on my wrist

Both more or less the same features and specs but I prefer the MI band. The form face and screen size is better in my opinion.

I would like to see a crown in the mi band 8 like the apple watch and I would like them to increase the refresh rate of the screen and more improved vibration or maybe a speaker lol..it would be the best cheap smart band in the entire world😍..also can I change the always on display design or not?

Despite the bigger screen, the watchfaces aren't that good to be drooling about.

Dimensions are different so doubt they can fit properly.

Does this smart band have a watch face that displays seconds? I've owned previous versions of this smart band, and the omission of any seconds counter has been a bugbear for me.

Yes from app settings on phone you can activate disconnection alerts.

The budget is $160. Fitbit is like $229. Also never enjoyed the Fitbit UI or software, quite limited compared to Wear OS.
How many watch face you can install?
I installed about 30 and could keep going.
I got one and probably returning it. When I go to sleep early, let's say at 9. Wake up at 11. Go to bed again at 1 am. Then it will measure only from 1 am. The time from 9 to 11 will be a nap on my previous night which is ridiculous of course. My Honor band 5 does this the way it should. Measuring from 9 to wake up with awake time from 11 to 1.
This should be corrected in a firmware update.
Yes, the mi band 7 logs any sleep under 3 hours as a nap. Definitely not a deal breaker though.
@@ChigzTech My main problem is that 'a nap' from 9 to 11 at night is added to the previous night the day before. This can't be right I think.
But even then: being awake from 11 pm to 1 am should be monitored as 'awake' which my honor band 5 did.
Yes I know what you mean. Honor does that part better. Samsung does it the best. Absolute best sleep tracking ever.
