It’s about both, remember this is still a kitchen service. Gordon might be a television celebrity. But he train in this since the age of 17. He cares about the service. There was another another episode where on of the contestants wanted Gordon to check the cameras. Gordon blew a fuse on him, because for him during service the food comes first then the entertainment.
