Saludos, Tengo un gran problema; mi usuario y contraseña funciona perfectamente en Kikconnect app celular, Ezvis app celular y Ezvis pc pero no funciona en IVMS 4200 3.1.1 pc, al momento de poner usuario y clave me sale error que usuario no existe ya probé en varias versiones de ivms pc pero no funciona, alguna sugerencia?

1. In 2020, Hikvision and EZVIZ have separate the p2p account. we can't log in with the same account.
2. You check your account information is correct, ex mobile 86081xxxxxxx or 8681xxxxxxx it is different... please check again! Thank you!

what kind of bullshit is this? I get no cameras on the live view list as you do. My old ivms 4200 worked fine.
