How a P&G Spray Bottle Works and is Assembled Using SOLIDWORKS Composer

- Using an animation created in SOLIDWORKS Composer, the basic assembly steps as well as the concepts of how a spray bottle works are illustrated in this video. Various features such as arrows and text boxes were used in order to show how liquid got sent out the nozzle. Creating instructional videos using SolidWorks Composer, allows you to easily control the position and movement of parts when explaining how an assembly goes together. I hope this video is clear in showing how a spray bottle works and is assembled.
i have one question. why doesnt it draw air when releasimg the trigger? why does it only get water from the bottle?
I have a question: Isn't the non-return valve from the 1:20 min preventing the same movement that the ball bearing of the 1:30 ? And I think a non-return valve is needed at the nozzle to prevent air coming in and force liquid to fill the empty main cylinder space when releasing the trigger. Thanks, I like the software and the video.
So I accidentally dropped my spray bottle and it doesn't spray anymore I tried to disassemble it and assemble it again after watching this video but it still doesn't spray😔 its like loose I even tried the other tutorials here on yt on how to fix it and when my mom find out about this I'm ded
Had to write everything He said and it took me like an hour to understand the scientific language here. Thank You SOLIDWORKS
As per your request, I will point a. part of the video that is “unclear” and actually left me somewhat confused. At the 0:59 second mark you say “...this creates a smaller volume in the main cylinder....” But you never really labelled or designated what “the main cylinder” is. Is that the container itself? Is that the cylinder that the piston sits in, or the surrounding area? The piston itself? Not sure what is meant by “main cylinder” and just as you mention that part an arrow pointing to the trigger appears so it’s very confusing.
Technically then. Could you use a spray bottle head to create a partial vacuum?
Any link to download the parts?
Does air need to get in to replace the liquid that came out?
Puedes realizar un vídeo de los pasos a seguir para realizar las piezas por favor
Hello.. how can i make a video like this?
this video full animation tutorial how to i get
Why doesn't it form a vacuum in the bottle and eventually stop pumping?
How does air get in the bottle to replace liquid?
The only one I understand so far has a valve in the cap that opens as soon as you press the trigger.
Also have a soap
I also have a soap dispenser that is open to the air as soon as you unscrew the pump for the 1st timedispenser.
thank you so much..
