Your article about mediation, was very useful for my thesis, Now I need the use for control variable in smartpls: I put a relation from a control variable(ex: age, gender) in DV, and I report result normally? If yes, in my case I found a negative significant path coefficient, what that mean (but R square has increased slightly )?......thx a lot for yr support,
