    Since audio quality does not fall outside of UX, maybe a filter (on the buzzing sound on the vocal) would not go amiss here

    this guy is so overrated. every talk of him is just common sense and superficial psychology.watched a 1,5 hour google talk of him & regret every minute of it. thanks for sharing anyways.

      Benjamin have you heard of "Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment. Because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it"? or "Simplicity is a difficult thing to achieve" by Charlie Chaplin? People are complicated animals...

      Not just what Lai said, but you CANNOT just assume stakeholders have "common sense". Your job isn't to create designs and do research, it is to implement those designs AFTER the stakeholders "okay" it, which in itself can be a very mentally taxing process.
