ADHD Meditation for Gratitude (30 Day Transformation)

- People with ADHD, which includes myself, are notorious for having 1000 thoughts a minute, which can lead to neglecting the present moment or getting caught up in thoughts that dont serve us. Gratefulness is the most powerful of feelings (stronger than fear or anger), which can be utilized to change your lifes outlook for the better, helping you fight through mental issues such as depression, especially in Adult ADHD. Doing this meditation every day for the next 30 days can literally change your life. Its all about stopping to think about the little things, that, in retrospect, might be more significant than intitally thought, especially when another adhd thought takes over right after the experience (a classic..).
This isochronic tones music session is designed to speed up your brain while keeping your left brain hemisphere dominant. This is helpful for increasing concentration, attention and reducing emotional response and hyperactivity in those with ADD/ADHD.

Having been officially diagnosed with ADHD combination type I am still going back to this channel as my go to (definitely leaning towards clumsy and inattentive but I do find my thoughts racing faster than I process at times; making me a terrible explainer of things lol. I can sit still no problem though and more docile than hyperactive).
It's night and day being off my medication (sometimes i get overwhelmed when life happens and I kind of stop taking care of myself/losing motivation). Still trying the 30 days mindfulness meditation, gonna do this one too thank you!
It's easy to get caught up in your head; especially if ADHD has been a source of depression, low self esteem, caught in an addictive cycle of self pity/loathing, and feelings of inferiority. I could always use more gratitude in life to remind me I have more than enough to live comfortably in life, in relationships, and most importantly, myself (self love).
This made me calm

I started the mindfulness on 18.11 this is my first day on the greatfulness :)
Doesn't work very well if you have little to nothing to be grateful for. I wish I had more. Don't really have anyone who truly supports me, because no one understands. I wish this could be more helpful, but I'll try. But 62 years of living with this and not knowing it until now has made most of my life a mess.
I don’t have adhd but this really helped me when I do others I always zone out but I didn’t with this one so thank you

You are helping me so much, I just found you a couple hours ago and I have been crying all the time emotionally and happy because you describe me and I was all my life (42 yo) thought I was lazy, or dont deserve credit for all my achievements, ADHD people are an amazing being and thank you for help us to recognized it🙏🏻🥲❤️🥰

I have a harder time staying with this one for some reason. I start to dig deep into a thought or two and not pay attention.. Any advice? Also, dont know if you are aware, bjt there are ads which is pretty jarring.
This was a good meditation video, but it had very little to do with ADHD. You brought up the struggles of having ADHD in the beginning but the entire duration was just focusing on gratitude. How does this apply to ADHD??

Nice meditation, but the ad midway through was really distracting and disruptive.

Great channel but right in the middle there are two commercials??? Really?? So much working for ADHD listeners. Ruined it for me. The beginning, the end I get it but during meditation? Not really a meditation

I got through 3 minutes and then too long for me.
Couldn’t get past the first 2 minutes because I lost interest and couldn’t stayed focused
