Cocktail Historian Elizabeth Pearce tells the story behind our favorite cocktails

Elizabeth Pearce has one of the coolest jobs around. She’s the founder and owner of Drink & Learn, is a Louisiana native and drinks historian who tells the story of New Orleans through its iconic beverages. Elizabeth is in town tonight for a spirited dinner event at Brennan's of Houston, and will speak about the Vieux Carré, The Julep, The Ramos Gin Fizz, and Café Brûlot all paired with three courses of Brennan's signature dishes.
