- MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL :DDDDD!!!
WE’VE DONE IT AGAIN EVERYONE, finished our now FIFTH Christmas Warriors MAP, a tradition that I simply adore (even if it can cause a mild amount of stress lol).
I loved the idea of using this song, and when I finally read the latest book series, I simply had to do something with Twigkit and Violetkit. This project was very ambitious due to the length, the addition of voice acting, and the fact it was fully animated, and for a few scary days I was convinced that this wasn’t going to get finished. I mean, it’s currently 3am on Christmas morning so IT WENT TO THE WIRE LADS but the important point is that we got it done :’D

Edit (13/02/2023): The animator of part 20 (NOT Cold Rising, the other one) has had some serious allegations made about their involvement with a minor while they were of adult age - I will not discuss this further, but I would advise that you do not interact with them. I have elected to leave their part and this MAP up as I owe it to the other participants of this project to keep it looking clean and watchable. It would be wildly unfair that their hard work go down for the sake of someone else's foul actions).

I think that Violetkit and Twigkit's seperation reminded Bramblestar of him and Tawnypelt's. Thats why he asked Rowanstar to hurry up. This is very satisfying btw, my problems vanished watching this.

Nostalgia hit me like a truck-
I remember watching this a couple years back on repeat around Christmas, and here I am on November 25th with my Christmas tree up and sitting in the same spot where I watched this... It's wholesome but sad. The year I first watched this, I was suffering. The line: "ShadowClan doesn't want me. Nobody cares about me there... I'm so lonely..." That describes me at that time. Now, looking back... It hurts, but I'm so, so glad I was able to heal since then.
Now, I'm feeling so much better, and I'm almost six months clean of self-harm, which I started this year back in January - February. This MAP... It brings painful thoughts of being alone because of that time... but now... I can look at how far I've come.

First of all, can I just say that I'm proud that everyone managed to get this map done on time and how hard we all worked together to team up and help each other out to get the map out on time!? I find that super amazing so props to all the participants. Secondly this map turned out super lovely and heart warming. The voice actors did such a fantastic job at portraying the emotions that their characters were dealing with and I also want to say that everyone's parts turned out lovely! Thank you Izzy for allowing me to participate in this map! I really enjoyed working on my part a lot even if I had to bust my ass a bit to get it done before I went on holidays. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

THIS MAP IS SO PRECIOUS, IM ABOUT TO CRY OML-
In all honesty, this is probably the best map I've ever seen. It really brings out the good side of warriors, not the violent, constant fighting, but the beautiful side. The side that makes you want to cry, but is still bittersweet. I loved it, especially the part when Needlepaw/tail takes Violetkit on an 'adventure', its just SO SO pure and sweet, I love everything about this map, all the parts are amazing. Hopefully one day I can participate in a map as wonderful as this.

Like twigkit and Violetkits separation pisses me off sm. You decided that two kits deserved to be separated because..of a prophecy..? They are two young impressionable kits who didnt deserve to be taken apart. Whats worse is no one did anything about it

I'm currently reading the separation for the two for the first time, and I really like the switch-out for the lines "stop dreaming" to "stop crying". It's SO much better.

Okay, I’ve watched this around 30 times now and I am JUST NOW realizing that freaking Tribbleofdoom is in this!
