For one, the story about the explosion started out to presumably end by tying into the Huma's emails, but Carter interrupted and Bill never finished the story. Also, Bill said that he got the death info on all of the casualties but only elaborated on the one that got blown in half before being cut off by the Carter. Are the totals for contributions That difficult to specify??? Anyone who has gone thru the qualification process for clearance to handle classified data for the U.S. Government knows that an applicant is given dozens of documents reminding the candidate that they are at all times responsible for maintaining affirmative control of any classified materials that come into your possession. You are reminded repeatedly that Both CRIMINAL as well as civil penalties can be applied to breaches of security with materials for which you are responsible, regardless of whether the breach was accidental or intentional. Anyone who has gone thru the qualification process for clearance to handle classified data for the U.S. Government knows that an applicant is given dozens of documents reminding the candidate that they are at all times responsible for maintaining affirmative control of any classified materials that come into your possession. You are reminded repeatedly that Both CRIMINAL as well as civil penalties can be applied to breaches of security with materials for which you are responsible, regardless of whether the breach was accidental or intentional. HRC CANNOT hide behind a claim of ignorance.
Does anyone follow code of ethics in government especially employees? Is it just for the workers and not the higher up? That is double standard.
