- Another day another vlog! Today I’m taking everyone on an adventure.. we’re going outdoors! The outside world seems so scary when you’ve spent 8 months at home like me. Who can relate??? Today we just went to the doctor for Scottie’s vaccines and went to visit Slater’s upcoming project. It was nice to finally be out, but it also felt a little rebellious. I can’t imagine what flying would feel like after this crazy year! Anyone ready to travel again??? As for the #skyfam... we will stick to road trips for now.

Ate Kryz, the average for baby feeding is 6 months but you can start as early as 5 months. The interval for baby eating is 1 new food every week to see if there are any allergies.
Took a break from online classes and this is the best way to destress💞

First solid food that is given to a 4month old infant is a rice cereal because it is easy to digest and less likely to cause an allergy. Solid foods are intoduce between 4-6months because if an infant doesn't receive solid foods within 4-6 months, it may affect the weight and nutrition of a baby kase nagsstart na mag increase ang nutritional needs ng katawan niya at start na din na medyo naeexpand ang stomach at intestines. Wag muna bigay ng egg kahit pa ito ay mashed kase it may cause an allergy. Dun muna start sa madaling madigest. Love this couple so much😊😍

Pedias always start recommending feeding at 4months introducing to rice cereal mixed with breastmilk in addition to breastmilk. But personally I didn't introduce purees until 6 months when my little ones can sit on their own. Even then maybe just do 1 puree meal/day just to observe how he/she is taking it in and observe the bowels. Also, i opted buying purees and made my own (squash,yams ,apple sauce, porridge with breastmilk)If you're producing breastmilk regularly, i say use it up.. it really does wonders. .

Napaka irresponsible naman di naka car seat ang baby tapos yung yaya di din naka seat belt. So many thungs Van happen.
They have the doona that could be easier to intall and to put him in.
Based from what I am currently learning from my nursing classes, if extrusion reflex disappear complementary feeding can start already. Rice cereal would also be good for introductory solid food then transition to incorporation of vegetables and fruits. But what your pediatrician said is true that complementary feeding can start even at 4 months since it depends on the development of the baby and as I have said previously extrusion reflex start to fade by 4 months and should be completely gone by 6 which is why WHO recommends to start at 6 months. Exclusive breastfeeding is also considered as to why some start at 6 months for complementary feeding. Hope this info can be helpful. Stay Safe!
